Now, I can't write this review without dragging Take Five into it, because the difference is night and day. At Valvoline, they treated me with respect and kindness, while at Take Five, the guy verbally abused me so hard it felt like I was reliving my worst breakup. Like, if Take Five is your toxic ex screaming at you for no reason, Valvoline is your emotionally available partner who always remembers your coffee order. The whole process was seamless, quick, and dare I say, pleasant. No slamming tools, no dramatic drawer tantrums, no awkward flirting--just efficient, friendly service from a team that actually seems to enjoy their job. When done, the attendant gave me a 'next oil change' sticker that said I needed one in 3000 miles...which is absurd. When I called out the discrepancy, the attendant claimed Valvoline recommends every 3000 miles. When I showed him the Valvoline website that said my new oil was good for at least 7500 miles (vehicle manufacturers recommend 5000 miles), he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. This is either incompetence and apathy or a business sanctioned scam to get customers returning unnecessarily. Could be either. Needless to say, steer clear of this business.

Once I was in the lane, I was pleasantly greeted and asked a few questions regarding my mileage, oil preference, etc. Just FYI, Valvoline always has coupon codes for synthetic or conventional oil changes. Who doesn't like saving a little money lol! They also perform a maintenance check on your car as well, which is nice. In less than 20 minutes, my oil was changed and everything was complete. My visit here was on February 14, 2026. I hadn't had my car washed in a while, so I went online to look for offers of having the car washed. After looking at the online options, I decided to go with Car Spa, as there was a 3-month special for exterior washes, specifically for the Diamond Wash level. When I got there, I went inside first as I figured I'd have to redeem the online offer first, which was the case. I found out that having an unlimited wash club comes with a 20% discount for detailing and oil change services too. Given that, I decided to go with the Interior Super Clean and Carpet Deep Cleanse. There was another sale going on that weekend, so it ended up being 25% lower even after the 20% unlimited wash club discount. For the unlimited wash club, there is a barcode on the front windshield that is used at the exterior wash entrance. It was a pretty busy day there, but we had several snowstorms recent to that, so that's why I wanted to get the car washed in the first place. The detailing portion of it was a bonus to me as it was something that needed to be done. I had figured that it would take an hour or so to have everything completed. Unfortunately, it was closer to three hours. The significant delay is a big factor as to why I couldn't go all the way to five stars. During that time, I had seen other cars that came in for a wash and detailing after I came in and they were done before mine. It was hard to find someone to ask about what was going on, as they were all out with the various cars out there. I was finally able to find the one I had talked to when I first purchased the detailing and asked about the timing. He noticed and admitted that my car got missed somehow. Once everything was done though, my car battery was dead because the door was left open to note that the car is there for detailing. If it had been done in order, I don't think that would have been an issue in the first place. Overall, this was a good visit, except for the issues noted above. The car was beyond clean on both the inside and outside after that. I would still consider coming here for your car needs. Hopefully this one experience I had was a one-off type of thing.

It's not absolutely crazy perfect or spotless, but for the price it's certainly clean enough for getting ready to sell. They have a decent waiting area with WiFi as well. But I'm not giving more stars because of how awful their women's restroom was this morning. It needs to be cleaned, stocked, and have the plumbing fixed (floor was flooded). Grossly disappointing.

It's a clean and friendly environment to wait while the car is being worked on...I'm so grateful for this shop. **** I moved here a year ago and randomly went to a place to get my car inspected. This year, however I did some research and decided to come here. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Maddie was the rep that greeted and assisted me today...she was wonderful! The waiting area is very clean, with ample chairs, coffee, a television, and restrooms for customers I also had my oil changed; tires rotated and balanced; and it was recommended that the car have a coolant system flush, along with a rear brake light replaced. I was out of there in 1.5 hours...on the 29th of November (one day left to the month/inspections due). There was an issue I knew about they brought it to my attention and I will happily have them do that work as well. My father was a car mechanic all of his life and I have written auto contracts...so I appreciate how well this went. I would recommend this business!!

The employees couldn't stop staring outside and the cars lining up, b*tching about it. Gentlemen - focus on the car in front of you, knock them out one at a time, there's nothing you can do about getting more business, god forbid. Must be SOoOoOoOo terrible to have a steady flow of customers. The long wait, while listening to the people at the bus stop screaming and fighting on the corner, was not the worst part, no. After all that, they straight up lied on my receipt stating they topped off all fluids. And I know this because I had a "no washer fluid" light on for months before going here. I turn my car on at the end of the experience, and I still have the "no washer fluid" on. So I press the button and no shock, there is no wiper fluid coming out. Shocker. So I tell the guy and he says pop the hood and fills it up. This leaves me with a hard time believing they filled the other fluids. They were so concerned with selling additional services, they didn't even do the one I paid over $100 for correctly. Why would I ever want to add more from you? Also - train your employees! They should not be watching YouTube videos on their phones while working on my car cause they don't know how. Extremely unprofessional, horrible, terrible experience. Never going back and warning everyone to stay away.
