Don't have high expectations. Pricing isn't discussed or displayed until after your car is being serviced and you're in the waiting room. They wanted $82 for a simple oil change and it took 45min. Which is absurd when I was the only customer on the property at that time, with 4 employees working. Afterwards I found oil residue on my door and oil stains on my drivers floor mat. Also had oil dripping off of my front passenger fender. Normally I'd say "you get what you pay for", but not acceptable for over $80. read more

I am going to preface this with: I came in expecting the worst. I read reviews on Groupon and Facebook and came in edged up internally for a fight for what I paid for. I got nothing of what is mentioned in reviews. Quite the opposite. I arrived about 10 to 8 and parked. I waited for them to open, playing on my phone, I was even going to wait a bit more because I know I always hated the first person in the morning folks when I opened a business. At 8:00 they opened the bays and at 8:01 a clean cut young man got my attention and flagged me into the building. We exchanged pleasantries and he quickly offered me the warmth of the waiting area and brought my car in by 8:03. They immediately got to work checking it over; checking fluid levels, filters, tire pressure (and add), signals, and getting the details into the system. They offered me a new filter (for a good price) which I declined to do myself and they did not pressure. Then they quickly got to work with the oil change itself, tire rotation, window treatment, and vacuuming out my car. The mechanic Justin and concierge(?) Alex were both very friendly. Alex came inside the waiting area to charge me out we chit-chatted since there were no other customers and he was very personable and pleasant. It was $4.50 after the Groupon for taxes and disposal. I'd gotten my car inspected; was informed that my front tires were beginning to wear. But not bad enough to fail. However, his suggestion was to rotate my tires. I passed the inspection and went to get my usual oil change since I was already out. ( I'm retired for 3 years and counting). I went to Jiffy Lube ( Indian River Rd) besides being met with a dull attitude, I continued to ask for an oil change. The guy was very dull and monotoned they took my car and upon the employee's return, stated that I had 4 ball tires. I said no and was suspicious and disgusted. I said no just give me an oil change. At that point, I just wanted to leave. The same guy came back and tried to tell me "I needed new brakes". Of course, I knew better. Long story short, I immediately left and went straight to Advance Auto down the street because Before I left Jiffy Lube the monotone guy told me I was missing a screw he never said it was the brake fluid container. One screw!!! I asked why didn't he just put a screw in, he said ma'am I tried to tell you about your brakes but you wouldn't let me. I apologized for cutting him off because I knew he was lying. Advance Auto simply put a screw on the right side of the oil well. I'm sure the screw was by design as my nose was to the glass looking while they changed my oil. I used to patronize this Jiffy Lube for years. However, I think it's under new management and I won't be returning. My daughter ended her relationship before me. Run not walk the other way. Not that I was yearning for a royal treatment, but the whole atmosphere was dull. The girl did not even great me and the service was like 10mn top! After they were done I've asked what type of oil they've put in because I wasn't not asked that question when I pulled up. I am usually asked what type of oil I want in. I have other vehicles that I've brought in this place before. The girl was just blunt like the same oil you put in and she handed me my receipt like "here you go". No thank you or anything.. I went in when traveling to Virginia Beach because the plastic undercarriage on the bottom of car came loose. They put on some bolts and also turned off the maintenance light on my vehicle (from the service at another location). As I am a frequent customer of Jiffy Lube they did this for no charge. Top notch. Came in 15 minutes before close, was greeted with a smile, all workers in the back greeted us with a sincere smile and we were then led to the waiting room. . . moments later I was greeted by a tech who went over recommendations proposal for service on my car, after that I was then led back to the waiting room and moments later my car was ready!!! Upon leaving another tech had the opposite waiting room door open and my car was outside, both the driver doors were open and our doors were held open until we were inside where they then closed our doors and wished us a good night. I usually have had past issues with jiffy lube at different locations. But I came in to this one just for an quick oil change. Everyone was really friendly when I got there. After about 15 minutes, the manager informed me of other issues with my car I should look at and gave a detailed description so I know exactly what is wrong. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting the best deal possible for my oil change and switching out my air filters. I was out in less than 45 minutes. Definitely coming back. read more

Warning! Went in for a transmission oil change, before they asked us what work needs to be done they drained my engine oil. I caught the manager putting air in my nitrogen filled tires and then lied saying that he was using nitrogen. I told him never mind I want my car back, he then told me he already drained the engine oil. Started working on my car before I told them what I wanted done. He was rude and arrogant. I use a high end oil and phram filters. I don't use penzoil or their tiny filters. The manager tried to tell me it is the same thing. I used to go to this place for the customer service...... CAUTION!! I have had cash stolen from this location twice now!!! I remembered too late after my second visit and sure enough my cash 50 dollar bill which was in hideaway compartment was taken. Told manager who made the workers turn their pockets inside out and show their wallets saying there was a zero tolerance policy. The guy at the front desk was very nice, but I couldn't help but get the feeling that he was ripping me off. All I wanted was an oil change. He told the price started at 45.99, and that mine would be 89.99 because of the oil that's best for my car. Firestone said the same oil change would have cost only 60 dollars. I should have gone there. Anyway. After they brought my car in, he came back and told me that it looked like my battery would need to be replaced, and that my air filter should be changed ( although he said that personally he didn't think it should be replaced). I said I didn't want the new air filter, but then he said he would take 25% off if I got the new one, so I caved and got it. They did vacuum my car, check fluids, and fill up my tires, but it seemed like they were trying to get even more money out of me. Most likely never going back. Recieved speedy services but wrongly informed that I needed services that I DID NOT NEED that were pricy. If you are going to recommend services, it's vital that accurate information be provided to the customers, as well as performing the diagnostic tests accurately. took more than 45mins for an oil change.. didn't know how to change a saab filter so they googled it after I told them exactly what they needed to take it off. also the price, 85$+ for an oil change? costs less to do at home, they're lucky I was in a rush for one or they wouldn't get my business. read more
