Once I was in the lane, I was pleasantly greeted and asked a few questions regarding my mileage, oil preference, etc. Just FYI, Valvoline always has coupon codes for synthetic or conventional oil changes. Who doesn't like saving a little money lol! They also perform a maintenance check on your car as well, which is nice. In less than 20 minutes, my oil was changed and everything was complete. One of them even helped me reset my service light in my car, which I really appreciated. The staff are always extremely pleasant and friendly! I will definitely be returning for my next oil change!

I brought my vehicle in for service, and what should have been a straightforward repair turned into a series of broken promises and wasted time. I was repeatedly told different times to pick up my vehicle, only for each "ready for pickup" time to pass with no call, no explanation, and no vehicle ready. Because of these constant delays and false assurances, I ended up missing a day and a half of work, costing me both time and income. Communication was poor throughout the entire process, and each time I tried to get an honest update, I was met with conflicting information from different employees. I expect transparency and accountability when trusting a business with my vehicle and my time, and Firestone failed on both fronts. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value your schedule, your livelihood, and your peace of mind.

After all that, they straight up lied on my receipt stating they topped off all fluids. And I know this because I had a "no washer fluid" light on for months before going here. I turn my car on at the end of the experience, and I still have the "no washer fluid" on. So I press the button and no shock, there is no wiper fluid coming out. Shocker. So I tell the guy and he says pop the hood and fills it up. This leaves me with a hard time believing they filled the other fluids. They were so concerned with selling additional services, they didn't even do the one I paid over $100 for correctly. Why would I ever want to add more from you? Also - train your employees! Ac compressor failing…read more With that information, I called Christian brothers automotive, requested a temporary ac recharge and said I do not want a compressor replacement, the desk representative asked me to come in, said he could get the recharge done and additionally give me a quote for my own knowledge since it's been 4 years. I get there, price is still $1400 for a compressor, $2500 for complete replacement as expected. I decline the work and ask to continue with the recharge, he then tells me No, and the reasoning behind is it falls under a OSHA violation. You need to tell me this information before I waste time coming to your shop hoping I'll purchase a $1500-2500 repair instead of wasting my time. I understand business but that is wrong.

Completely unacceptable, frustrating experience…read more I paid $1,338 for front brakes and calipers, and within six months I was still having braking issues. When I returned, they replaced only one front rotor under warranty. After a third visit for the same braking noise/vibration, I was told the problem was my rear brakes, even though those had been replaced only three months earlier at another shop. I then went to three independent shops, and all confirmed the real issue was a warped front rotor (the one not replaced the second time I brought it in). This should've been fixed the second or third time I brought it in. Instead they shifted blame to another shop, in which their work was confirmed to be fine. And for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to bring it in multiple times for the same issue. Still after three visits and over $1,300 spent, my issue was still not properly fixed. The only good thing about this experience was that it was under warranty, and another shop was able to fix my brakes properly. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop, and if possible save your time and go elsewhere.

I assumed a bent rim may be the culprit and brought it in around 12:45pm today to have it looked into. The fellas inside were nice enough and I was able to quickly give my info and drop off the key. I ran home and they called me about an hour later with a diagnosis of a blown tire. I had the guy quote me on several tires since they didn't have the exact match to my other three and settled on the mid-range replacement. Again, they called an hour later and said it was ready for pickup. I wanted to add a state inspection bc it's due this month but they said it's best to come early in the AM for that and I'll add an oil change as well. Their website has tons of info on it and you can browse around about the services and see if they have specials or coupons to apply to the work you're doing. They were able to quickly and easily take care of my problem for a fair price, so I'm pretty happy. Plus, it's only 5 minutes away.
