(not sure if i have to come even more) So michigan pothole, one of my 4 month old tire got damaged. Visit 1: inspected, tire has to be replace, but I had to come back, because it has to be ordered. (Understandable) Visit 2: Fix tire Visit 3: out of balance and alignment, was pulling to a side, but mechanic have left early, so had to come back. Visit 4: Balancing and alignment done Visit 5: just noticed the tire is mounted wrongly/backwards. it's a directional tire. It was inside out. WTF It's a safety issue, 1. the traction of the tire is drastically reduced. 2. It wears differently. 3. It's easier to get damaged. Not really guys!
