Update to my one tire change: Not very happy: or these guys like to see me a lot. had to visit 5 times to get done. (not sure if i have to come even more) So michigan pothole, one of my 4 month old tire got damaged. Visit 1: inspected, tire has to be replace, but I had to come back, because it has to be ordered. (Understandable) Visit 2: Fix tire Visit 3: out of balance and alignment, was pulling to a side, but mechanic have left early, so had to come back. Visit 4: Balancing and alignment done Visit 5: just noticed the tire is mounted wrongly/backwards. it's a directional tire. It was inside out. WTF It's a safety issue, 1. the traction of the tire is drastically reduced. 2. It wears differently. 3. It's easier to get damaged. Not really guys! read more

I took my motor home to Quick Lane in Wayne ,Mi. to have the brakes checked. I knew that I would need tires and shocks eventually . I didn't think that a CAR center could satisfy both of these needs, being that the motor home is a Winnebago View 24 feet long and 11 feet tall. The RV service centers say they just work on the coach or the house part of it . To get chassis and engine work done I'm told to take it to Freight Liner like, truck repair center. BIG MONEY....... Well to make a long story longer. Zachary (Mgr. ) and Ken ( Asst. Mgr ) and their Top Notch Crew ,took on the job of giving my motor home a through inspection , then proceeded to replace all 6 tires, which is no big deal, that's what they do . They also changed the shocks/struts at all four corners,at no time was there any doubt that they couldn't handle the task at hand. They even bled the brakes (no charge) ,cleaned and tightened the lower radiator hose clamp (no charge). So, any body that's got a large rig ,don't hesitate to take it to Quick Lane in Wayne ,mi. located next to Jack Demmer Ford dealership , You will not be disappointed . One last thing that I should have mentioned first, The price for what I had done can't be beat. cant be beat. Truly Professional all the way. I have brought in multiple cars in and have always received good service and pricing, I am always able to wait while the guys in the back work on my car but I believe they do offer a complementary shuttle home/to work for anyone with more lengthy repairs. Waiting room is clean and comfortable, the leather chairs really beat sitting on hard plastic ones. Employees have always been friendly and personable with me any time I have gone into this quicklane. read more

I took my car in for an oil change and a tire balance and rotation. They spilled oil all over the engine bay (wasn't too upset about this as its an easy fix but c'mon guys). This is now the second car I've taken here that they have scratched the absolute hell out of my rims. The first car, I thought it might have been the dealer but with my second car, I looked for it and sure enough. It's ridiculous. I've been coming here since it's opening but I just can't do it anymore. I have deep scratches all along the circumference of every rim and scratches in all the wells for the lug nuts. read more

I took my wife's SUV in for a tire error on her dash as well as the "Works Package". It was determined that the tire had sidewalk damage so I had to buy another tire but it was in stock. The manager had his team complete the oil change and tire rotation last Friday and then I returned on Monday to have the new tire installed. I almost left without my licking key for my lugs which turned out they misplaced. So they gave me the shop key for my my to use in the future. read more

I recently found a nail in my tire - a half an hour before they closed (of course!). I brought my car in and expected to just leave my car there over night and pick it up the next day. When I brought it in, they were going to fix it right then before they closed! I didn't expect to have that quick of service. I was pleasantly surprised and definitely will be back if I have any more problems with my car. read more

The work they do is great however it takes forever to get your vehicle done. They need more help at the service desk. Not sure why the call it Quick Lane it took 1 1/2 to do my new Flex and it wasn't that busy in there. read more

(Female review) This place is extremely professional and they know their stuff! I took my car into Quicklane for a consultation on my rotors because someone was trying to charge me an arm and a leg for services. Quick Lane is honest and caring. He took me out to look at my car to show me that my car was in great condition and I didn't need any work done. (Fast forward a few months) I just took my car in for an oil change and they were just as kind and friendly as the first time. Fast and efficient! I highly recommend Quicklane for women (you will not be take advantage of) if they can't service your vehicle they will find someone trustworthy to assist you. read more

Well the first 2 times we took our car here they were great the manager got us the best price on tires and was so helpful and we liked that they didn't try and sell us a bunch of crap like other oil change places.. then the 3rd time we took it they are like one of the lug nuts is stuck and if we force it off it will break.. has anyone else worked on your car? No this is the only place.. well it will cost I can't even remember to get a new one..OK fine not our fault but ok it wasn't much.. but this last time.. holy cow.. they close at 3 on saturday.. we got there at 155pm for the works.. Jason was very rude.. like how dare we come in at that time.. then all I did was ask if they did tune ups and he almost had a heart attack on the spot.. we can't do that today ..OK all I did is ask if they did them..not if you could do it today... then 20 min later we are told we can't rotate 2 of the tires because something with on of the stems on the tires.. OK fine do the other 2... then it's time to pay and leave.. well Jason sent one of the people who actually work on the cars in and handed the papers to the guy inside and said Jason said you can check them out he is busy.. well I can see right through the glass that he is just standing around doing nothing.. and then we had to wait for the guy inside to finish watching a video on his phone before he checked us out... then we ask if we brought the car back next week if they could fix the stem and rotate the others tires.. yes but you have to be here at 8am if you want that done.. you can't come in later in the day for that.. so they say they are open until 3.. but they should really say we don't want you to come in after 1pm.. or your going to get an attitude and crappie service..the on only reason I gave 2 stars is because the first 2 visits were great. read more
