I left and everything was fine with my car until 3 weeks later. I saw my oil pressure light pop on, so I went back to them to see if everything was okay, they checked my car to see if I had any leaks, and refilled the liquids. Everything was fine until a week later, a week later which is today, 2/7/22 the oil pressure light came back on, so I go to the other Kwik Kar location in Bellmead and they tell me there is no oil in my car, they also told me that the oil was never changed and they showed me proof with how dark my oil was. I paid about $65 to get a synthetic oil change and I'm upset because this could've cost me my whole engine after they kept telling me everything was good. I do not recommend this location.

Due to health problems, I'm unable to do a lot of things, so I drove to Walmart's Auto place over to the side of the store, went in and asked if anyone could air up my tires. A female clerk was very annoyed because it seems I came in right when she wanted to clock out. (Sorry, lady! I didn't know!) She was quite sullen but said if I would take my car to the fartherest bay on the other side, she'd get someone to help me. Coming out and going to my car, I saw about half a dozen mechanics standing around and talking. I drove my car and parked by the "garage door" the lady specified and waited about 25 minutes. No one came, no one opened the garage door and no one responded when I tapped on the horn. I finally left. If Walmart doesn't provide this service, why didn't the lady clerk just say so? I was out in the cold for almost half an hour, my doctor would have a fit if he knew! It's not as if they were busy, there were no other cars outside and only one inside and all the mechanics were visiting, not working. You'd think they'd be happy to get some business that day. (Oh, I forgot, they work by the hour --- so they get paid whether they're productive or not.) Anyway, I left Walmart and went down the road and saw Valvoline. Their sign said they'd air up my tires for free so I pulled in. There, a worker immediately came out to my car (unlike at Walmart, I didn't have to get out and go in!), he asked what I needed and couldn't have been any more helpful or polite. Oh, and he was even smiling and being friendly, a concept lost on those Walmart people. Folks, if you ever need anything, go to Valvoline, but don't bother with Walmart Automotive -- the latter's lazy employees don't want to be bothered with you.
