Actually it's a two way dash cam. Perhaps the biggest question I face is? Is 9.00 worth of quarters or time off from my daily schedule worth it. Which is more important? The good of this review is: the lady that dried and detailed my car is awesome. Because of her hard work I decided not to turn his butt over to Waco PD. It really is amazing how well their machines do clean and dry the car. Of course, complete vacuum service and a place for trash under sun protecting canopies while you clean/vacuum the interior. The only very minor tick is that the wheels (depending on design) may not get completely cleaned by the car wash. Not a big deal as a quick touch up with the towel fixes it.

Joe has saved me an enormous amount of money on repairs for both of my carwashes, and on numerous occasions, he has fixed something that another carwash repair technician could not. Not only does Joe have more carwash knowledge than probably any other carwash repair technician in Texas (maybe even the whole country!), but also he is always looking out for his customers' best interests. Everyone in the carwash business knows that the large part suppliers such as Sonny's and PDQ monopolistically overcharge for parts, Joe will find needed parts faster than Sonny's and PDQ, and at a much lower price! He also is always pushing other subcontractors for the best job and deal that they will offer and has saved me a ton of money there too. He and his wife do so much for me and my washes, I could not survive without him. Joe is an amazing person, professionally and personally, and always brightens other people's day with his positive and fun personality and outlook on life. He is also never afraid to call out other companies or people who try to take advantage of his customers. Joe ranks with the hardest working person that I've ever met in my life, he will work hard on your wash all night if needed, get it back up and running, and then move on to his next job without blinking an eye. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing about my experience today (5/11/18)... instead of my normal "The Works" I let the guy talk me into getting a "better" detail with leather cleaner that they like to use on BMWs for $50.00... If my car comes out perfect at my normal service one would only think this would be just as good if not way better being 20.00 more. Boy was I wrong. It doesn't even look like they cleaned the seats because there is still dirt and other marks and the back windows still have smudge marks from my dogs as they didn't even bother cleaning the windows (btw I wash my windows and know it comes off easy) I hope this type of service isn't the new normal at this place or I will have to find somewhere else to take my vehicles. There was dust on the dash and other places, mud on floor mats and they did a half way job vacuuming (there was dirt still in the crevasse of my seat) I bought the top package (the best wash) $31 dollars paid and extra $5 dollars for bumper and trim dress. I waited over and hour which I wouldn't have minded had my car been clean appropriately. The staff were very friendly and the waiting room was comfortable but I'm a working mother of 2 and I live in the country I just wanted to have my car looking good before I had to put car seats and softball equipment back in guess Ill just have to redo it myself which will take time I don't have ! all in all if you need a car wash and nothing else I'd go there but get the cheapest package and expect nothing else

Told I needed to move off their lot as was blocking customer but weird I was the only one at the establishment. BEWARE as my oil change was going to be $39 for oil change then another person said will be $42 and finally the price jumped to $59... DO NOT GET SCREWED! I just entered it when everything stoped. they had to bang the heck out of it for me to get out while i am i drive instead of neutral powered by machine. was asked if i wanted to go back through but the line was a lot longer than when i started. they washed the soap off but the bugs are still there. would have been nice to have management offer a free carwash or they could have hand washed it. the people were nice to bad for the equipment doesn't work right, had trouble with vac. too.
