Holy cream cheese guacamole!!These guys BY FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! I was running my father on his weekly errands when I noticed my maintnece light was on. After dropping my father off at Wal Mart, I decided to stop in at Kwik Kar to get an oil change and prepared to be bombarded with requests on all the parts and filters I needed to replace. Well I'm still waiting lol.....they actually got right to changing the oil and...............didnt hound me about anything else!! In fact I had an amazing conversation with both Bobby and Dustin, whom are 2 remarkable people! In fact Dustin was kind enough to tell me my brake fluid was low. I explained m mechanic was going to fix them. He said " okay then I won't add fluid because when change brakes, if add more, it will spew everywhere when they change them." IMPRESSIVE. Yeah 5/5 for sure. Quick service is right. My inspection was quick - I had two kids with me and we were able to stay in the car while they came to us. Came back since the first visit was efficient for an oil change - walked in and out of a place, by the time I was out my car was done. Seriously, can't beat that. Thanks! I started going to Kwik Kar in Bellmead close to two years. These guys are fast, friendly and helpful. My truck needs the a fuel injection clean. They recommended it, they were not pushy say negative things if I don't get it, like most shops. I will always take all of cars to them and recommend them to my family and friends. read more

I took my car in for a routine oil change. I have a 2013 Ford Escape SEL. Soon after, my A/C went out. In my car, my ac hose sits right where you have to go to change the oil. My step dad is a mechanic. He put my car in the air and we realize the ac hose has been yanked and pull out of the way, to the point that the metal piping on it cracked. I am very upset and disappointed. I have gone here for years. But due to this, I will no longer use their business and I hope everyone goes in w a bit of caution and knowledge with them. read more

Although the service was in fact Kwik, I do not think it was completed accurately or with detail. Very expensive for poor quality-- $40 oil change and they refused to take the mobile coupon from their own website!! Facilities inside are disgusting. Honest. The attendant notified me it wasn't time for an oil change yet. The check engine oil light kept coming on and I looked at the sticker wrong, which I've never done before, must have been tired or something. He reset the light and kindly sent me on my way. No charge. It is expensive, but they are quick and honest. Been going here for years. Update: this business is under new ownership. Oil change was more expensive, didn't carry my regular oil type so I had to change it. read more

On a road trip going from Dallas to San Antonio my skid plate starting dragging on the highway so I came to Kwik Kar which was luckily less than a mile away and they fixed up the car for me for free. My friend has been using this location for years always getting a regular oil change and paying between $44 and $45. She had her oil changed there yesterday. Without authorization they upgraded her to premium oil which was regular Gastrol 5w30. The up charge for the oil was $8. Then they charged her for a premium oil filter for another $8. There was also an extra charge for an extra 1.5 quarts of oil which would have been ok but when I check her oil the next morning, it was a quart low. When I brought this to the managers attention, he lied about their conversation with my friend, which made me anger, and I responded BS. He refused to make any of this right. Her invoice was $66, and it will be the last dollar they will ever get from her and me. We are also reporting this to the BBB. read more

My car developed an oil leak after bringing it to Kwik Kar for an oil change because they didn't notice the flat spot on the oil filter seal. I won't be bringing my car back to these guys again. read more

Fast, nice people no hassle oil changed checked all fluids showed me my air filter was full offered to change it, cost of air filtered was a few dollars over what you would pay next door at the Advanced Auto but hey it's Texas it's hot as hell I'll pay the mark up not to walk over... Car Neglect!!! i went into this place of business expecting good service, i was wrong. i was leaving town for vacation and went here to have my car prepared for the trip, i went in for full service oil change. when i explained to the man what service i wanted he said o.k. i also stressed to him to check and fill my coolant because it was low i got the same respone after waiting at least 25-30 min. maybe longer my car was ready. i went on my trip came home and ended up on the side of the road due to not having any coolant in my car it was bone dry, because they did not even check it. i will not return to this place of business nor will i recomend this place to anyone.....stay away if you dont want your car on the side of the road. read more

Arrived at Kwik Kar Oil and Lube at 3pm on a Tuesday. I was the only person there sans the attendant who was sitting on the floor in the first bay texting. I pulled to within 30 feet of the door, attendant looked up and then back down, after 2 minutes had clicked off of the digital clock on my dash I pulled a little closer in hopes he would get off his phone and assist me in getting a "Kwik oil change". Said attendant without getting up thrust his hand out as a police officer would do if he wanted you to stop immediately, he also gave me a very irritated look and began to slowly get up. I left, if I am going to get attitude getting in the door I can go to one of the many other oil and lubes in the Waco area. I then called back to express my displeasure with the lack of customer service I was given. I asked for the Manager, and was told he was not there. I asked if the owner might be there I was told he was at home. I suspected that the Assistant Manager with whom I was talking to was in fact the same pleasant gentleman who I had received such wonderful service from, but I proceeded to relay my experience anyway, in the middle of me doing just that he interrupted me by screaming that I had not been waiting for more than a few seconds, and wanted to know what my problem was. I asked for the owner's name and number as well as the manager's name and number. He declined to give that information to me and informed me that if I wanted to talk to anyone other than him I could call back tomorrow. I asked for his name, he again screamed at me wanting to know why I wanted his name, but would not give his name. I wouldn't use this place of business if they were in possession of the last quart of oil on earth. read more
