A small restaurant with big personality. As soon as I walk in the door, I felt welcomed! We went old school with a regular cheeseburger combo & a double cheeseburger combo. Burger patties are real (not a frozen disk) & the French fries are fresh cut. Everything was cooked nicely with good flavor. It's called TOB but the have sooooo much more. From Tacos to fried fish & yes, even desserts. Looks like they do a lot of take out but you can eat in. 3.5 overall! Definitely worth a try! read more

I'm very disappointed with the customer service I received from Takeout Burger. On Memorial Day, I placed an online order for a burger and two patty melts totaling around $30 because the website showed they were open. After driving up there, I found out the business was actually closed. The next day, I called to request a refund and was told the owner would contact me back. I never received a call, so I called again the following day and finally spoke with the owner. I was told to come up to the restaurant so they could "figure it out." When I arrived, instead of simply apologizing and handling the refund professionally, I had to stand there while the owner contacted their payment service to investigate why the order went through while they were closed. The entire situation made me feel like they thought I was lying about paying, even after I showed proof directly from my bank account that the money had been taken out. The most frustrating part was the lack of professionalism and customer care. Mistakes happen, especially on holidays, but how a business handles those mistakes matters. A simple apology and quicker resolution would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, I left feeling disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. read more

Food is cooked to order but when I tell you they work fast. It arrived hot and fresh and flavors were on point. The strawberry lemonade will make you think of your favorite auntie. This spot was recommended by our dentist office and we were not disappointed! When you walk in the first thing you notice is that it's well lit and super clean. The decor is super cute as well. The burgers were super tasty! I had the bacon cheeseburger combo and my wife added her bacon cheeseburger to that order. Everything was fresh and the bacon was actually cooked and slightly crispy (I hate floppy bacon). The fries were thick cut and seasoned just right. Overall very impressed! Good evening all, I purchased a $10 Groupon a few months back and my husband and some friends got together to try this place for the first time this evening. As we entered the place we walked to the counter and while placing our orders I mentioned to the young lady that I had heard this place was good and that this was our first visit and that I also had a Groupon to use. Immediately as kind as she could she states they are not accepting Groupons anymore due to new ownership and that they had not been reimbursed by Groupon. I kindly asked for the owner and she stated that he was not present and asked if I would lIke her to call him and I said yes. As I was placing the cell phone up to my ear there was music blaring so loud I had to hold the phone a few inches away to try and visit with the new owner. I said hello and told him that it was our first and last visit and that we will patron somewhere else this evening and that my review would be as professional as possible. While trying to visit with the new manager another female employee approaches the front and asks what the problem was and the co-employee states the situation and she of course repeats with attitude why they are not accepting Groupon as well. My husband and I came here recently for the first time to order Burgers and Fries and they were delicious! The burgers are huge and cooked perfectly (not too pink and not overdone) and the fries were also great with everything served piping hot.
