Okay, this place is a vibe. I got the banana matcha latte and I'm still thinking about it. It tasted like banana bread in latte form, unreal. 10/10, no notes. The breakfast burrito was also solid. The salsa was chef's kiss, great texture. The only thing is the bacon was a bit much for me personally, so I pulled it out, but that's a me thing, not a them thing. Still really good. I stole a bite of my brother's breakfast sandwich and the fries, and honestly I'm mad I didn't get my own order. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the sauce that came with them was so good. But the vibe alone is worth the visit. Cozy, great music, people just studying and chilling. There's even a little barbershop next door, which makes it feel like a whole hangout spot and not just a coffee shop. Staff were super sweet too. Such a cool spot. The Mexican Sidecar was the winner for me. I almost skipped it because of the heavy cream, but I'm glad I didn't. It had this amazing thick, frosty consistency that made it incredibly refreshing. Rich and flavorful without being overly sweet. The Spanish Latte was also delicious. A little lighter, a little sweeter, and perfect if that's more your style. This is one of those places that makes you want to come back just to try more of the menu. Love coming here Sunday after church when the Union is full of people, families, friends, couples. Appreciated the plentiful parking, and the strong a/c as we ordered our drinks at Gud2Go: a drip coffee with 2 brown sugar cubes, and an iced jasmine tea with sweet foam! Ordering on the touchscreen is easy and it gives you both an order number and a place to add your name. We enjoyed our refreshing beverages as we sat to read for about 45 minutes. I have came to this spot a couple times... Usually get an Americano and the spam masubi with egg. Recently just tried their Chaga Coffee drink and it's was pretty delicious. I also had got one of there breakfast bowls that had some good flavor but being Filipino influenced I was a bit disappointed that the linguica was the right sausage and it was some other type that kind of tasted like a spam piece. Other than that it was great! I just hope they get the real sausage that they show on the menu! Happened to be at the Union Building visiting a private office. Never having been in here, I absolutely loved the feel of the building with shops and businesses on the first floor and the historic, exposed brick feeling throughout. Gud2Go is the perfect little cafe vibe to enjoy a coffee and breakfast. Parking was convenient, and plenty of seating. Truly a great location as the building itself is 4 floors of private offices, which make it convenient for people working in the building and clients coming in. Here's what we ordered: + Egg sando - nicely eggy and soft, and even with delivery, this sat well, meaning they really did deliver right when it was done. + Basque cheesecake - creamy and delicious! Can never say no to a basque cake and they've really been having a moment lately. This one was a great texture. I love the idea and I want to start there. I stopped by Gud2Go in Pomona because I was in the area and I have to say I really do love the idea of how they transformed this building into little shops, it felt like such a creative way to use the space and make it a community spot. When I walked in there was even a church service happening and at the same time a book club with a big table of people reading together which honestly made me smile because you could tell people are excited to come here and spend time. My very first impression though was the smell, and unfortunately that was tough to overlook because I couldn't quite figure out what it was, but it made it hard for my friend and me to want to stay even while we were ordering. We decided to walk around the other floors which didn't have too much going on, but the concept is still something I think has a lot of potential and I would give it another try because the idea really is nice. The food, specifically the oats, were not great and left me underwhelmed, though I didn't try other items so I'll hold back full judgment and hopefully come back for a better experience. I did notice staff around who seemed like they were there for security which made the space feel safe and it was easy to park with a lot right out front, which I appreciated. Even though it wasn't very busy, I can see this place growing once more people find out about it and I'd love to see more food options or vendors join in the future. I went to school here in Pomona so I'll definitely be around and I truly believe this could become a great gathering place for the community, it actually reminded me of a similar concept I saw in Colorado that was thriving. For now I'll leave this at three stars mainly because of the smell and the oats, but with a little work on ventilation and maybe some stronger food choices I can really see Gud2Go becoming something special for the city. read more

I'm always super excited when I find a Malaysian/asian influence. Thus little place was tucked away in a random building in Pomona. We got the Milo dinosaur. #IFYKYK I grew up on this and loved it. Consistent with all the other Take Ur Seat locations, Gud2Go was really gud! Located inside a historic building in Pomona, it had such a cute charm. There's a barber shop, skate shop and different games (arm wrestling table, ping pong, etc) inside the shared building. I love their coffee. So I've been to take ur seat the first one but here is the express or fast food version. Parking: Lots of spaces to park and map guidance was easy enough to miss for first timers. But don't worry if you see the big catholic church go around the back parking and it connect to gud2go parking area. Pricing: same size small cup of Starbucks about 6 to 8 bucks depending if you have add ons. Quality of taste AND modifier such as monk fruit sugar instead of aspartame it's pretty good. They also allowed you to change you milk. They have been expanding drinks that use no dairy or you can exchange. But some of their popular drinks used ready mix foam drink which I can't have ( lactose intolerant) so I'm so excited to try their mushroom coffee with monkfruit and almond milk! ( 8 bucks total before tip n tax) I can't try their dessert unless I take 3 lactaid ( forgot some at home) but since they have same supplier as the other places I can guaranteed it's decadence. Heavy cream, real vanilla, and sugary sweet heaven! Seating area: open food court with ambience music. Not too loud that you can't chat with your buddies. Large tables inviting you to chill, study, or connect with people. Hygiene: clean bathrooms. Countertop and cashier area is clear of junk stuff. Easy ordering on tablet on the side. Accept cards. This has become a stand out breakfast spot for me in Pomona. My favorite is the egg breakfast sandwich meal box which comes with the curly potato twisties. The twisties are to die for! Such a nice mouthful of fluffiness. The sandwich holds its own weight too. I've also tried the breakfast burrito which was also delicious but I wish it also came with twisties. When I walked in I enjoyed the aesthetic and it looked clean. I asked the girl in the front for drink recommendations, which she politely and patiently did. I tried the Mexican sidecar drink and unfortunately I wasn't blown away. It had too much going on so all of the flavors overpowered the actual coffee taste. It wasn't horrible but I just wasn't really feeling it. My mom got the same drink and she liked it though , So it's personal preference. I felt it was pretty high priced as well. I don't mind paying up to support small businesses but I paid over $16 (with tip) for 2 small drinks. I buy coffee from Alot of local small businesses and I would say that this was the most expensive that I've been to, so I'm not sure if their rent is higher than the surrounding cafes or if it's intentionally higher for more profit. Regardless, it's their choice to price however they want but I'm not motivated to come back. However I'm not opposed to coming back and might do so in the future to give it another try. read more

We had a great experience here with our toddlers on a Saturday! It's a great alternative to their sister restaurant, Take Ur Seat in Chino Hills (which is usually packed with a wait). We got the pork belly bowl, the longanisa bowl, fries, and egg sandwich. The hubby and I enjoyed the bowls and the kids loveddd the fries; they were very flavorful and crispy.
