Solid local place for pizza take-out. The same store also has a small convenience store with some basic liquor/wine/beer selection and a Dunkin' Donuts so it can be a convenient one-stop-shop for a nice night in. Seating is pretty limited, so not a great option for eating at the store. They do a nice job getting most orders ready in 15-20 minutes. The pizza is good - it's Greek style so a tad on the greasy side but definitely tastey. My ex-wife and daughters love the Taki's special. Greek style sandwiches are solid, too. Taki's pizza is a great place to grab lunch or dinner. It's staff are a bunch of townies and will go out of their way to make your experience better. Not to mention the delicious food they serve. All their cold subs are made with boars head delicatessen which makes them superior to other sub shops in the area. Always have been treated with the utmost respect and kindness at Taki's. I love that I can find a local place that has gluten free pizza. Not only is it "safe" for me to eat, it's pretty darn tasty too. The only complaint is that their Italian sausage isn't safe and they only have one size on the gf crust. read more

Convenient but that's the best part. Pizza has very little cheese, some items are obviously from frozen bags not fresh, service is slow and owner (?) Seems more interested in selling wine than anything else. You have to pay for chips and drinks at a separate register. I will say the gold fever wings are very good, otherwise food is overpriced for the quality. read more

Great Pizza and sub shop to check out! I periodically work in the North Andover area and enjoy getting a Taki's pizza for lunch from time to time. Good Greek-styled, food, although it has a tendency to get very greasy. Pizza presentation is unique, and sauce is something that you will not find anywhere else. I don't frequent here as much as I would like to because of the greasiness of the food and higher than normal prices, but if I could I would. I should have known what I was getting into as soon as I entered this establishment......from the outside, it looks fitting to the area, but inside looks like a rundown quickie mart. I almost expected the cashier to be surrounded by steel bars! Some's dives like this can have really good food, but after receiving my small Italian sub (with some serious attitude by what I unfortunately think was the manager) and eating it outside, I wish I had made it myself...probably would have saved a few bucks too. read more

I have now officially gone to Taki's for the very last time. I bought 2 small pizzas, one cheese and the other with just one topping and it came out to over $22! The main issue is that, not only do they put out a very sub par product, but they have a captured audience. They are the only option "out country" in North Andover and they know it. Most folks don't want to make the longer jaunt downtown to pick up from one of the many other places in town that have far superior pizza and subs. They have the highest prices in town and get away with it. The pizza is consistently undercooked, the subs are only one size, small, and way over-priced. My suggestion, take the extra 10 minutes and patronize one of the other places that cares about their food and customers. read more

Stop in for pizza or a sub and you won't be disappointed. They have steak tips and other dinners, too. The best part is there's a convenience store attached, with a full selection of liquor, wine, and beer. They also have prepared foods you can heat and eat at home. Disappointing service on a Saturday night. I decided to give this small pizzeria about a mile from me a try on a Saturday night. So I called at 8:40pm (again, on a Saturday night) and asked for a delivery, was going to order 3 Large Pizzas and 6 sub sandwiches. A young woman sniped at me when I asked. NO, we dont deliver after 8:30pm. It was 10 minutes past 8:30 and I was going to order over $100 worth of food. Sorry Taki's ... Stachey's will continue to get my service!! read more

Wow is this place over rated! The guys I work with and I usually get take out for lunch Friday, Saturday and Sunday when we work those days. Every other day we bring our own lunch. We are doing a job right down the street from Taki's and there's no other sub shops around so we went there Friday. We got 2 large cheese pizza's and no word of a lie the pizza was the most tasteless, boring and greasiest we've ever had. It was also extremely undercooked. It was so bad we threw half of it out. We went there Saturday and I got a large pastrami sub with raw onions and mustard. Right out of the gate, it was extremely small for a large. The sub roll was soggy but the pastrami was very dry. They put the absolute smallest amount of mustard on the sub I have ever seen. It was honestly so dry that I could not even swallow it. So on Sunday when it was time to get lunch, I completely passed and got nothing because I wasn't going to spend my hard earned money on garbage food.
