So since the handoff of Giovanni's Peabody this place has gone downhilll. Steak and cheese is half the size of Peabody. Orders have been messed up for the past 3 orders. This place used to have GREAT pizza. Their attitudes and service have ALWAYS sucked, but I looked past it because of the pie. However, in the past 3 months they've completely gone down hill. If you can get past the impolite staff, sexist (and racist) employer and not get turned off by the lack of a "Hello - how can I help you?" then you're doing well so far. But then you order (1) Lg. Pepperoni, (1) Lg. Hawaiian pizza and (1) Lg. Cheese, pay $45 for the pies + a 2 liter, load up the car and head home... crack open the boxes in front of your kids and your 6 year old exclaims "WHY IS THERE BARELY ANY TOPPINGS?"... at that point you know you've got to write a review. Yes, I counted the pepperonis: 12. That's an average of 1.5 pieces per slice. That's not a pepperoni pizza - that's a disgrace to all pies ever created. I didn't count the pineapples and ham, but let's just say it wasn't going any better. Save your money and get Dominoes. Or, go across the street to Sal's for the same coin but twice the value. While I've been eating here almost a decade I have never reviewed. And now it's time..... The Mediterraniean Calzone ROCKS!!!!! (eating it now, in fact) Can't say enough good things about it. Pizza is okay (little greasy),but sometimes greasy's good. Subs are yummy....I like the stek tip sub (and yes, they actually cook the tips the way you ask), but am wary of the chicken salad. Prices aren't bad and portions are decent. Not necessarily the place to have a sit down meal, but in a pinch, there are tables (and a T.V. that almost always has some form of cartoon on). Clean (sometimes friendly :-o ), and very fast. In the same plaza as a convenience store & liquor store, so depending on your day this could be one-stop shopping (ha ha). read more

Ordered an hour and a half ago. Delivery left the store 50 minutes ago. After 45 minutes on the road, it arrived. Steak and cheese showed up cold and soggy, wife's Alfredo is congealed, and able to be lifted off the ziti in one piece it is so cold. Buffalo finger appetizer is a spongy mess. It's convenient that you can order from them online and the delivery guy was very, very nice but I was not really impressed with any of their food. The pizza is Greek pizza and as a result I find it overly greasy and the cheese kind of sour tasting. I did think that the meatballs that were on the pizza were very good though. I had a steak & cheese calzone which was decent. I've had better but I wouldn't be opposed to ordering it again. However, the the buffalo fingers are so gross that they're just offensive. They appear to be chicken fingers with vinegar and black pepper poured on top. They bleu cheese dressing that came with them was so watery that at first I thought they gave me the wrong type. Frankly they were so bad that I tasted them, put them right in the fridge and never touched them again until I threw them away on trash day. Place an order for a steak tip salad but instead I got "chunk lettuce steak tip salad" ... Mind you I am a regular customer who always orders from them along with my co-workers ! This place changed my mind completely about roast beef sandwiches. I went to Harrison's when I first came to North Andover, and my experience was terrible. However, the super beef sandwiches here? TOTALLY different experience. Firm roll instead of a soppy mess. Flavorful beef instead of a mushy slop. Great topping selections, like grilled peppers and other veggies. Fast turnover without making a mess of the sandwiches. Pizza Factory is my go-to for beef sandwiches. They're huge, well-made, delicious and convenient.
