The perfect beer bar to stop by if you are in the bryant park area. This women owned spot features genuinely unique beers that you can't get elsewhere. My personal favorite is the Al Dente which is a smooth Italian pilsner. Their IPAs are also quite good. Ambiance is immaculate and service is friendly.

Awesome brew pub if you are in the Bryant Park area! We tried the Smoked Vienna Lager, Italian Cookie Sour and Lager. All three were distinct in flavors and delicious. We also split the burrata on toast which was also amazing and a perfect sized snack. The inside was decorated for Christmas and was so cozy. The bartenders were very friendly and helpful, can't wait to stop back in!!

Found out about Talea while scrolling yelp for beer places near our hotel. We loved that it was woman-owned and had a ton of delicious beer on their online menu. Went a couple hours before closing on a Sunday night in June and it was quiet and we were well-taken care of by the server getting our beer and food quickly. I loved my watermelon sour and my partner had the nitro stout and really enjoyed it. The food was also delicious. We had a Kale Caesar, with chickpeas and it was filling and the perfect combo of cheese, kale, and crunchy chickpeas. Loved the vibe of the brewery, with soft pink and florals and will be back next time I am in New York!

Came here for a night cal go out a friend. It's was chill Spot not too large not crowded. We had a beer and he had the Cesar salad. The sale was a very nice size and filling.

So great my friends discovered this Talea location last Christmas. They took me here after we did some of the holiday sights of the city. Other friends joined too. Great and interesting beers including my Razz, a chocolate raspberry stout. Top notch service. Such a pretty interior too. We spent a couple of hours enjoying. Cheers!

ABSOLUTELY. LOVE. THIS. PLACE. It's such a vibe and the beers are on point! We got the Al Dente Italian Pils & got a pickle back shot too! Bill is a great bartender who's been in the scene for a minute! Definitely check this place out and get you some great beer. You can buy beer to go too!

I visited new york and i came to this brewery three times over the weekend. The ambience is so cute, drinks are so yummy (alot over 5% too!) and workers were nice. I love that it's female owned. I wanted to order the drinks and bring them back with me. I hope they keep expanding!

This location has a very cute space with an inviting ambiance. The abundance of seating means you can likely find a cozy spot to enjoy your drink. Its prime location next to Bryant Park makes it a perfect stop for locals and tourists alike, especially before seeing a show on Broadway, which is what I did. The staff here truly stand out--they're friendly, quick, and super helpful. From beer recommendations to making sure your experience is top-notch, they go above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere. As for the beer itself? It's fantastic. Talea's selection caters to a wide range of tastes, with refreshing options that are well-crafted and approachable. Whether you're a beer enthusiast or just looking for a casual drink, there's something here for you. Talea Beer by Bryant Park is a gem that combines a great location, excellent service, and quality brews in a charming setting. It's the kind of place you'll want to return to again and again!

Right across the street from Brian Park. Perfect place to stop by after ice-skating. Such a festive place, amazing decorations, and huge selection of beer on top. But of course I went for the cocktail lavender have w gin. I also tried spiked apple cider so good perfect for this weather.

I'm not normally a beer girl but I loved the sours flight at Talea. I went with some friends and we all enjoyed the flight and the vibes. The location was great because we had the flight and then enjoyed walking around the Bryant park market. There is some seating and we got pretty lucky with a table but I imagine if you come at a busier time you might have to stand and drink.

Solid spot: cute, unpretentious, chill. Service can be slow at times, but I'm a big fan of Talea beers, so I pop in sometimes impromptu. I usually gravitate toward their sours, but their hard peach tea is surprisingly great. Make sure to sign up for their rewards!

Checked out this location with coworkers for a drink after work since it's close to the office. This location is on the smaller side compared to the other locations in the city. We were able to grab a table at 5pm for 6 people. The staffs could be a little bit more friendly and smile more. One of the older female staff rudely said to us that the path had to be clear of any chairs and all we were trying to do was exactly that; she could've asked nicely instead. Some of us ordered the beer flights and some the individual glasses (they do have cocktails if beer isn't your thing). We also shared the Bavarian pretzel and added the beer cheese (which is not worth the additional $4 btw).

I've been visiting the original Williamsburg location and am thrilled to have it in the city, as it's much closer to my home. I love their rose cider and light beers. They offer special holiday flavors for Christmas, which could make the beers interesting to try.

The figs one came with a sweet fig granola bite and the lemon one really did taste sweet after eating the "Miracle Berry"! I'd definitely come back to try their many other drinks.

Servers seemed a bit annoyed to have to deal with us shortly before close as I think they were hoping to usher people out and close down maybe a little early. They're experimental, whimsical, delicious, and worth every penny. My absolute favorite is Child of Light, and my BF's was High Frequency Device. The interior was dimly lit, with a couple of candles per table or counter. It's a perfect place for a date night. And while there may be a wait on busier nights, it's always worth the wait. We were sat at the bar once and were very well taken care of by our bartender, Nikola. It was a Sunday night, so it wasn't terribly busy. We chatted up a storm and he was able to create some drinks off the menu just for fun (on request). He also made my BF and me a couple of drinks to celebrate our anniversary too. Wonderful people and wonderful service. Needless to say, we will be back as frequently as we can!

It was dark when we entered the coffee shop but an ajar door gave way to the bar. The decor is a homage to the works of Nikola Tesla, which can be seen in the subtle electric theme throughout the space and the naming of the cocktails. The space isn't too large - the bar and stools take up most of the space but they also have some booths/tables. The place looks great. The cocktail menu is very creative - I got one of their seasonal mixes that was actually two drinks in one. The main cocktail was meant to be sipped first and they provided a small glass of beer to be sipped after. The name escapes me but it was very good. Since we had cocktails at dinner, we only stayed for one round. Service was good, and overall I enjoyed my time at Patent Pending. I would definitely return to explore more of their menu.

Stepping into this place feels like you're in some secret, super special cocktail club. Decor is super high end, vibes are upscale AF. The cocktail menu is incredible -- and incredibly pricey, but truly worth it. I ordered the Valentino which was strong and sweet, really well made. We walked in without a reservation around 6:20 p.m., and they were able to accommodate us at a shared table until 7:15. The menu surprised me a bit. Since I associated the address with Eleven Madison Park, I wasn't expecting to see items like wings stuffed with sausage, which were done in partnership with Jungsik. We ordered those along with the mushroom burger and asked them to cut the burger in half for us. The cocktail menu was creative and a little intimidating, with unconventional ingredients like cream cheese and green curry. I went with a fruity Hendrick's-based drink, and my friend ordered the spicy green curry martini. Both were good. Mine didn't taste very strong, but it also wasn't overly sweet because there was enough bitterness to balance it out. The green curry martini was more adventurous but still worked. Service was mixed. There was a woman standing near us, so we tried ordering food with her, but she seemed hesitant to come over. Maybe she wasn't a server or was newer. For drinks, she brought over someone more seasoned, who quickly helped guide us based on our preferred taste profiles. Her suggestions were very good. The mushroom burger was the highlight for me. It was a little salty, but the crispy mushroom and soft bun were a great combination. I honestly wished I had more than half. The wings were okay. They were crispy on the outside and juicy inside, but coated in a Dorito-like powder that made them very messy. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd come back, especially for the mushroom burger.
