Inside was the same for drink lines. Staff is nice, but painfully slow. The seats are comfy and the sound system is good. We could hear well.

From the get-go, it's off the highway, surrounded by chain restaurants, beige as a south Johnson County exurb, and overall just forgettable. There's a sea of parking, yet they charged $25 the night of our concert. It's not well-organized and be prepared to sit in traffic afterwards for a long time. Inside is more blah, cut corners, and personality-less space. One good thing is they have a water bottle station so after you've been gauged for a bottle of water, you can at least get more. We had floor seats that were priced to be better than they were. The view was similar to bobbing up and down on the ocean, occasionally getting views of the horizon but slowly slipping back and hard to see most times. There was a surprising lack of screens or lights or really anything. We watched people nearly bite it every ten seconds as the cord wrap device didn't have lights down the main aisle, and the aisles were marked with some hastily printed paper. Acoustics were pretty good, but dare I say.. it could have been louder? I feel like that's a subjective thing, so hard to tell but it was harder to get into it based on the sightlines and volume. I want to be clear the artist I saw was amazing and I'd follow him anywhere, but I hope it's not here next time they roll into town.

We enjoyed our very first KC Current game here a couple of weeks ago!…read more As AMAZING as the on-field talent was, this facility is definitely worth a shout out! Situated north of downtown, right on the Mighty Mo (the river, not the battleship!), the views here are absolutely stunning! Especially from a little higher in the stands on the northeast side, you get an incredible view of the KC downtown skyline, as well as the sun setting and reflecting on the river! WOWWW!!!! I love the size of the stadium - large enough to feel "professional", yet cozy enough to really enjoy the on-field action, and easy to move around and through! The seats are colored TEAL, the lights (can be) colored TEAL, and the swag is definitely colored TEAL!!! This stadium REALLY shines at night, under the lights, when the teal seats light up like a gorgeous blue aquarium! There are concessions galore, an AWESOME team store to update your swag, and even ice cream from one of my absolute favorite KC vendors available: High Hopes (check out that review - INCREDIBLE flavors!)!! Even getting through security and ticketing was far better than your average stadium experience - quick, efficient, and technology-driven! If I'm being super critical, my only knock on the whole place is the (lack of) ease of entry/exit into the complex. Obviously, this is inherent to such a prime, metropolitan location - a tight squeeze into the midtown area was always going to make it difficult to access, especially for weekday gametimes that come up against rush-hour traffic in and out of the downtown area. Unfortunately, on our visit, there was also major construction going on right across the street from the stadium. Bottom line: STUNNING place to view a great game of football (yup, I went there!) in KC!!

It's genuine consideration that I felt especially when they knew it was our first game at CPKC! My entire family enjoyed the upgrade to West club! The food and drinks served were delicious. The featured mixed drink was delicious and I appreciated the treatment and customer service, always friendly with a smile! The energy throughout the game was upbeat and fun! The Surface Tension drum-line and chats kep us, the stadium crowd, engaged and I'm pretty sure the team rallied with every rumble! The KC Current team played against Washington Spirit and won their last game of the season during Current's Female Athlete Night! We truly enjoyed everything! The swag we picked up from different local entities like UMKC, University of Kansas, United Way and League of Women Voters, was a bonus!

Incident Details: Time/Location: Saturday, May 16, 2026, at approximately 7:30 PM at the back entrance of T-Mobile Center during the UMKC graduation. What Happened: I exited and attempted to re-enter through the back entrance. I was stopped by security and told I could not re-enter. At the same time, I personally witnessed a white family being allowed to re-enter through that same entrance without issue. I was singled out and denied the same access granted to others. Escalation: When I asked to speak to a supervisor, my request was ignored by security. A KCPD officer on site then threatened me with arrest simply for asking for a supervisor. I was not disruptive, threatening, or violating any posted policy. Staff Involved: I do not have badge numbers or names. The security staff and KCPD officer involved can be identified via security camera footage from the back entrance at approximately 7:30 PM on May 16, 2026. I request that this footage be preserved immediately. My Concerns: Discrimination: Denying me re-entry while allowing a white family to re-enter is disparate treatment based on race. This violates Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Missouri Human Rights Act §213.065 RSMo, which prohibit discrimination in places of public accommodation. Intimidation by Law Enforcement: Threatening arrest for requesting a supervisor is retaliatory and an abuse of authority. Premises Liability: Under Missouri law, T-Mobile Center has a duty to ensure its agents treat invitees lawfully and without discrimination. Requested Resolution: Immediate preservation and review of all security footage from the back entrance at approximately 7:30 PM on May 16, 2026. Identification of and investigation into the security staff and KCPD officer involved. Written response within 10 business days detailing findings and corrective actions, including anti-discrimination training. Written apology for the treatment I received at my son's graduation. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and that all relevant video and records will be retained pending investigation. This was my son's college graduation. No parent should be subjected to racism and police threats on a day meant for celebration. Michelle

I wasn't able to grab a photo during my busy Big Monday visit, so you'll have to trust me, it's pretty cool. They've also expanded the Team store, added concessions and built a few premium food and beverage areas. The actual is still the same - Cozy, a bit intimidating and full of history. It's a great place to watch a basketball game.

At the game I went to, decibel levels were around 119-120, so that seems to track. The feeing, energy, camaraderie, and passion you feel when you enter here cannot be compared to anywhere else. It is truly something remarkable to experience. The Fieldhouse has some structural flaws- mostly because the field house holds up to 16,000 people and needs some updates to allow for all the sold out games. Perhaps more than one stairwell would be a good place to start?! Concessions abound here at the Fieldhouse as do the KU merchandise stores- Rally House- can be found in multiple levels here. The seats of the stadium are not premium as the majority are bench seats with no backs. While you can rent a cushioned seat, you end up standing most of the game anyway, so really not worth the additional cost. There really aren't obstructed views here from any seat-unless a tall person has a seat in front of you. There are very limited hand rails to use in the Fieldhouse to help accommodate these views. The Fieldhouse has a museum as well which commemorates the Jayhawk greats in all realms of sports. This is a great way to spend some time before the game starts. Doors usually open an hour before the game. It's a really fun and energetic place to experience. Definitely get a ticket (if you can) to a game. Take heed and beware the Phog!

Seats in the arena are bleachers, not very comfortable, but at least they have backs on the benches. The meeting area for tour group was at the back side of the pro shop. Our tour guide, who has been with the Chiefs for over 2 decades, met us promptly at start time. She gave us brief history how the team was created and the merger of AFL NFL. She took us to different VIP rooms, the locker room, the media room, and the field. Along the way she told us all the exciting facts and stories of this ground, the oldest one in NFL today. I had a fantastic time experiencing all aspects of an NFL stadium, especially the fancy locker room and of course walking on the ground itself. Got to run thru the tunnel like the players. The sea of red and yellow seats looked so amazing from the ground level. We got to do some Q&A from the podium. The tour lasted almost 2 hours. The time just flew by. It was a lot of walking, as we went around the whole stadium. At the last part of the tour, we were taken to Chiefs Hall of Fame and Trophy area. It was so amazing to see collectible of all Chief's legends. All 4 of their Super Bowl trophies were in display. We also saw a pack of super ball that gave Mr. Hunt the idea of the name "Super Bowl". We loved the whole tour and definitely suggest it for any football fan visiting KC.
