A little nervous because I've only shot a gun once, one time and no proper training. I wanted to be able to use a gun and protect myself when I needed too. In January 2020 someone tried to break into my home. I knew I needed a gun and training. When the class arrived we were all greeted and made feel welcome. The information Trent gave to us was very valuable. I really liked the way he was very calm and confidence in everything he said. He answered all the questions we had. Made us laugh and never over complicated things. His team was also great and knowledgeable. Once we made it to the range to go shoot. I was a little nervous but..... i was ready to shoot. He taught us how to load and empty , how to shoot, stand and aim. I am so very greatful for this class. I highly recommend this gun service to anyone. It's black owned too so support. The only issue I've ever had is with the employee monitors in the shooting lanes. They hover, and it gets pretty distracting. If you unknowingly break one of the rules (they're a lot of them and they aren't posted) they descend on you and brusquely correct the error. These aren't mean people - they're just doing their job, and it's an important one. However, there's got to be a better way to ensure a safe shooting environment. I'm really conscientious about obeying the range rules, but I can't get through a clip without at least one of these rather harsh admonitions. Again, the place is solid... but there should be a more constructive way to help people that want to follow the rules. The distraction and awkwardness of the constant interruptions affect the experience.
