The only issue I've ever had is with the employee monitors in the shooting lanes. They hover, and it gets pretty distracting. If you unknowingly break one of the rules (they're a lot of them and they aren't posted) they descend on you and brusquely correct the error. These aren't mean people - they're just doing their job, and it's an important one. However, there's got to be a better way to ensure a safe shooting environment. I'm really conscientious about obeying the range rules, but I can't get through a clip without at least one of these rather harsh admonitions. Again, the place is solid... but there should be a more constructive way to help people that want to follow the rules. The distraction and awkwardness of the constant interruptions affect the experience.

They couldnt figure it out either but required me to pay 50% anyway. Their app doesnt work so I was forced to pay $50 for a lesson where I would likely get the instructor sick. Rather than reschedule, I will just cancel and find another range. disappointed!

Context. We were a group of 6 people with variable amounts of shooting experience and none of us…read morehad used shot guns. We got uere around 11am on a Sunday. It wasn't busy. We checked in at the shop. They were very patient with us as they explained the prices, options etc. Since we were all rooks they said we'd have an instructor help us out and set us up with a larger practice trap stand which had extra bench space. They also offer complementary water which we grabbed on our way to the shooting area. Practice traps are the kind that always shoot in generally the same spot so you don't have to track a sideways moving target. We had a 20ga shotgun which has a smaller recoil. Prices were reasonable. 15/25 traps and then 13/25 ammo, and the gun was 20. Our instructor John met us at the stand. It was a bit of a wait but once he got there he showed us the ropes and hung out with us, helping us out and just being a cool guy. We were there about 1.5 hrs. This was a fantastic experience and im definitely coming back.

I was really impressed with the two instructors' style and their level of knowledge. Even though I've known how to shoot handguns for years, I didn't know the intricacies of how they were made (and why), the different types and differences in how they shoot and feel, and most importantly, the overall safety precautions that go with handling a gun. The two instructors are current Dallas Police Officers with many years of experience (10+ if I remember correctly). I enjoyed the way they covered the material, focusing on applicable knowledge, keeping it interesting, and always giving great real life examples of situations they've seen in their careers and with the 300+ students that have gone through their course. Range targets have a bunch of pre-programmed scenarios (i.e. shoot/no shoot drills, reload drills, charging drills, increasing distance drill) or if you can create your own. Very clean with probably the best air filtering system in town. Biggest thing I like is you are not limited to an hour. You want to shoot for an hour, Great. 1 1/2 hours Great, want to leave and go have lunch and come back, again Great. All of this for one price. No more kicked off the lane in exactly 60 minutes. Gun rentals are only 5.00. They also have memberships with NO initiation fees that basically pay for themselves if you go 2 times a month. If you've read this far you can see I really love this range. I don't work there but I've been a member for 5+ years. They didn't pay me for this either.
