Postal workers make the world go round and I really appreciate those that put in the work to make it all possible. If it wasn't for these people we wouldn't be able to communicate outside of technology as businesses or with friends and family. I appreciate the extended hours (open until 6 pm Monday- Friday) this location offers which includes being open on Saturdays! The staff is always professional and verifies each guest are following the full procedure to send mail effectively. I've been having to send some important documents this year and recently learned you can attach a green card to be sent back on certified mail for legal confirmation that it has been received. Today the line was to the door and it was so refreshing that we all waited our turn patiently, the two ladies did the best they could being understaffed. Remember these people provide vital, secure and resilient communication and delivery infrastructure for the nation, please treat them as the superstars that they are(: Thank you so much for your service!

And at the end he said he could only do 2 of our 4 passports because of the line holding us back and all I said was could you please we're here we arrived on time, it's not our fault the line was long, and he said to arrive earlier next time or don't come at all, at the end I just had to express how rude he was and that we will never come back here again, and he said "Good because you're never welcomed back here" good ! To be around a rude person like that I think I'll save my gas and go else where. Disgusting service !

This is my designated UPS place,so they know me and my routine as soon as I come in and the light…read morebanter is always appreciated! I mainly go here to process packages for work, but also I like the personalities of the staff here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful ( need multiple receipts? just ask, nicely ). This is the distribution warehouse, so once the packages are dropped they are sorted and loaded into the trucks. This also means they don't provide retail services like printing and amazon returns stuff. ( NOTE April 2020: the staff is still working normally, but PLEASE follow the signs posted and keep a 6 feet distance within the receiving room, UPS staff are doing the best they can, the computers are stationary, so customers need to be aware and work around them as best you can. )

Instead of admitting they had done something wrong they just said that they couldn't understand what happened and I call Amazon. Went to the Brookside ups location and Kelly helped me figure out what to do next. This is the second time Raytown location let me down and I had to go to Brookside to get help. Grace was the best I could ever have hoped to help me! She's a real problem solver and was determined to get the job done! Since I am totally inept, using my phone for projects like this, Grace took over and was able to send my picture to the store's email address and printed it on quality stock--two sizes! This took awhile. And all that for $1! She was so sweet and patient about it! I now know where to take any of my printing and mailing projects! Thank you, Grace! God bless you, you're the best!
