She then got me two receipts with tracking numbers. I prefer to go to a location to get a receipt versus a drop box. Several Years ago i wanted glossy pictures printed and they easily helped me out. Sure, me knowing what's up makes it easier for his staff; but this is definitely not the same at every store. Locally, I used to do shipping at the Fairway and Prairie Village locations; but after needing some help and getting charged or shamed at these two locations, I will always hit up the Central store. It's so small, but their process just clears people out quick and happy. The GM is always there just cranking out business and helping folks out. Please have him train other locations.

I'm not sure if there's new management since the update. He did end up recognizing the 10% coupon but I did not appreciate his service. The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent. They're big on not knowing anything about whatever you're asking about. Just expect to get the typical runaround answers to most questions you have. I have not gotten any of my pension checks since they've been sent to this location. And no one can seem to tell me why. Of course. And good luck calling this post office and getting someone to answer a phone. That's not done here. It's apparently against proto or whatever. Go to any other post office please.
