Tally is your typical bar. It has good drink prices, diverse music, good vibes, pong tables and a lot of TVs. On the weekends it does get really crowded so if you don't like to be it pushed around, stay away Friday/Saturday nights. I just recently started coming on Thursday nights because everything is half off!! Beers are like 3ish dollars and mix drinks are 4$. The deal cant be beat. For Thursdays, I believe its half off everything the whole day so I definitely recommend coming before the crowd hits around 10ish/11. They also have Jenga and connect four on tables before the night gets crazy so thats always nice.

Came here after brunch, has some fun bar games like jenga, beer pong etc which is cool. Pretty reasonably priced, lots of tvs for watching sports, college football NFL etc. seems to be a Rutgers bar so if you are a Rutgers alumni good spot to watch football. Very college bar, nice for hanging out watching sports.

Great bar on a Wednesday night! Everyone in the bar was dancing, and drinks were half off. Service was really nice too, I never waited at the bar for a drink for more than a minute. Great Hoboken crowd, will definitely come back.

It's a bar what do you expect Kidding. My boyfriend and I usually go to Hoboken on Wednesdays. Tally ho is a nice, not packed bar on weekdays. Why would someone want a loud, packed bar... ever. On weekends like all the bars in Hoboken, it's a shitshow. The bartender is great and friendly. They spin a wheel of drink specials every 15 minutes on Wednesdays as well. We got two rounds of free shots thanks to that wheel last time we went. AMEN! They have games on the bar which is a nice touch. They also have tables set up with beer pong, who doesn't love some pong. They have beer pong tournaments once a month... fyi people take it very seriously! I don't know why, since I've been there a few times. I just discovered they have food.... so we ordered the Cajun friends it was only $7 and there was a good amount of them. We couldn't even finish them. Also a good place to watch a game. No loud music playing you can actually hear the game! If you are looking for a good weekday bar, head here.

Neon Beer Pong Table + more Shuffle Board Large uncrowded front and back bars High top tables Beer, cocktails, & wine Half price Happy Hour 4-8 Pm (check daily specials) This is a reboot of the old establishment, going in the direction of Sports Bar. Sticking to the vain of it's sister bars (black bear, mills tavern,...). This is a perfect spot for watching the game, pitchers of cheap beer, great specials, while listening to top 100 radio hits. TVs are posted in all lines of vision, including large projection on the back wall. Great spot for large groups.

$0.25 wings on Wednesdays! In 6 piece sets.

The hot toddy I got was pretty good and I liked the flavor. The ski shot which is 4 shots of $50 was overpriced in my opinion. Unfortunately the actual experience was soured by the fact that apparently it's $50 pp min if you reserve a table and then in the end they tried to charge us for people who didn't show up even though we did fill the table. I understand the policy and the manager was super nice to us and tried to rectify the situation but our waitress ended up being super rude in the end. They gave us a small discount but we ended up having to buy a lot of tickets to use in the future. Wasn't too happy about how things ended so would probably recommend that you go in the evening to avoid crowds if that's not your vibe and also do not book a table.

This person proceeds to say one of the workers kicked his friend out because she was "assaulted" and let me tell you this is far from the truth, as I was the one who was apart of that altercation. To set the scene: I was there with my boyfriend this night. We come here once a month if not every other month for a smoke and cocktail. There was a group of loud folks - who we presume had been drinking - but didn't think much of it. At some point I had to use the bathroom, and there's only one here. I knocked on the door and turned the knob but it was locked. I wanted a few minutes, knocked again - lightly both times - but again no one came out. There was some old newspaper nearby that had in my hand while I waited for someone to come out. A moment later a woman barged from bathroom angrily and was holding her hand up and it appeared she had something sharp - like a hand knife or small blade. She was belligerent, yelling about why I was bothering her in the bathroom and got really close. I was almost sure she was going to stab or seriously injure me with whatever she had in her hand. I only had a moment to think and defend myself... she was pretty damn loud that everyone turned around. I shoved her to give me some space between her and myself and that sharp object. She then started screaming and I pushed her away again, and she continued to charge after me. My own boyfriend and two men had to get her away (for context I'm 5'3 100lbs and she was a lot lager than myself) and she was dragged out by staff and kicked her friends out as well. Outside, you can hear her screaming and crying saying I had started it, I assaulted her, she was going to call the cops etc.. Im glad I wasn't hurt because she's absolutely insane and I should have been the one to call and press charges for her making an attempt. No one harassed her even in the slightest. She was incredibly drunk or blacked out or high on cocaine or something. They have security footage and the testimonies of my own boyfriend who witnessed it happen from start to finish and several other people + staff that could recount this story. That said - FAFO. Good riddance and don't come back, chump.

My only two gripes with the spot were - they didn't acknowledge my birthday, even with a happy birthday from my server or the hostess. I am not sure why Resy prompted me to indicate the occasion if it wouldn't even be acknowledged or looked at. It obviously feels good to feel celebrated, so they dropped the ball in this regard. The second issue is it got sickeningly loud inside. This was a sunday night, and I ended up having to shout just to be heard by the girl right next to me. Everything else was good! Though there wasn't a dish that just blew my mind, everything was consistently really good and enjoyable. I recommended ordering a handful of dishes and sharing with a group. The cornstar martini was fun (and the popcorn was great!), the vodka pasta, caesar salad, and truff fries were enjoyable as well. The cute matchboxes were a cherry on top as we were leaving! I would come back for more of a going out event instead of a sit down dinner, but it's a cool spot!

We thought mini golf was interactive, everyone had the same chance to play and it's simple enough without exerting too much energy (unlike an escape room or the dancing tiles which I also came across in my research). Great place for friends, families, dates of all ages. We checked in on the ground floor (also have a coat check here) and were told they have a cabin themed course on the 2nd floor and a museum themed course on the 3rd floor, but there was a party going on. They also told us about the rooftop lounge, which is covered with plastic and they have heaters blasting the space. We went with the cabin themed. Although I don't think they completely blocked the 3rd floor with the party, we just didn't want to have to compete with others and wanted a quiet experience. They have stairs or an elevator. Once we got to the 2nd floor, we were the only ones there and were explained how the digital scoring works. We inputted our names, and our scoreboard would follow us from board to board in sequence after we all punched in our scores. The max was 6 putts per course to help keep things moving (we definitely played more than 6 on some courses lol). The courses did progressively get more challenging as you moved on. The decor was beautiful. Fairy lights lined the space with murals or a ski lodge/mountains around with a polar bear and a ski mobile. Many cute photo ops. On the last course, once you made it, the game swallowed your ball, I guess to help prevent you from trying to play the course again. I wish there was more than 9 courses though. It was fun enough but maybe having a few more would have helped fill the time more. Time flew by and we had lots of laughs. Would be excited to come back to try the museum course next time.
