They charge $5 for every bag at curbside check-in; and they got rid of the check-in counters inside, and force people to do their own check-in and bag tags via a kiosk..... then, without any guidance or signs or helpful customer service teams, you (as the paying customer) have to find a baggage handler who can double-check your "check-in luggage" and scan your boarding passes and your ids and then weigh your bags and finally push them through the belt. It's a f*cking hot mess. People all over the place, getting frustrated, not knowing which way to go; not knowing who to ask; not knowing how to proceed. WHY NOT JUST HAVE A NORMAL CHECK-IN COUNTER/line and stop the madness!?! :( It's no wonder all the JetBlue customer service team are GROUCHY AF and all of them act like they HATE their lives. Zero smiles, zero customer service and no care whatsoever. The JetBlue I knew and loved is LONG GONE...... this process SUCKS. And after wasting almost an hour just to check-in our luggage (yes, the lines were that SLOW) --the so-called "PRIORITY LANE" takes another hour just to go through TSA check. JFK/Jetblue should DO BETTER!! BE BETTER!! We're all paying you top dollar for your so-called "excellent customer service" --WHERE DID IT GO?!? The only reason we put 2 stars is because the TSA agent was funny and tried to be positive......a big thank you to him. And another star for our flight attendant who was super friendly and polite. She was the ONLY ONE (out of 4 FAs)who smiled and kept people on the positive vibes. The other flight attendants and "customer service" agents were just grumpy AF and had perpetual frowns on their faces. JFK / JETBLUE = FAIL

    On my last trip to Seattle, from LI, i decided to book (for the first time, ever) through a travel…read moreagency. Liberty Travel booked my trip which included a car rental. Upon my arrival at the Thrifty Car Rental, i was not prepared for the shock of denial 'because my credit score wasn't high enough'. In Seattle, with a car paid for, but no car for the weekend, i was incensed. i called Liberty Travel (on a Saturday, the right person was on holiday, etc.) so nothing could be resolved. When i returned to New York on Monday, Nancy was still out, but i produced evidence (provided by Thrifty Car Rental) of my denial of the use of a vehicle. The challenge was that i had given the money to Liberty Travel who in turn, paid Thrifty so the money had to be recovered by Liberty, before i could be refunded. When Nancy returned, she followed up on the issue and through her perseverance, i was refunded the cost of the car rental. Thank you for your excellent service.

We booked our trip through Liberty Travel as part of a 40th birthday family celebration. We were a party of seven: close cousins, and we all were extremely excited for this trip mainly because it's our first trip to Aruba and it was our first family trip ever. However, to our surprise upon arrival all of our excitement slowly began fading. Hotel Riu Palace Antillas is currently an incomplete resort with literally one half of the building under major construction, unbeknownst to any of us. The part that's bothersome to all of us was that no one gave us the courtesy or notice to accept the conditions prior to our arrival or the option to reschedule for another less inconvenient time. We were BAMBOOZALED. The Riu Palace was supposed to have been a luxurious, relaxing home away from home. But for our Aruba trip there wasn't any relaxing nor did it feel like home. Upon entrance into the Antillas bedrooms space we immediately notice the dust filed hallways, electrical wires hanging from the ceiling in areas where the guest must access, Constuction workers cat called us and other women every time we walked through the hallways, the constant noise was unbearable inside and outside the resort. One of our group initial requests through our travel agency Liberty Travel was to have three consecutive rooms, this basic request was not honored, again to the failure of this establishment we weren't informed of the changes or lack thereof until the time of check-in. Not only our request was not honored but our group was placed on three completely separate floors. Even though we gave ample notice through our travel agency for Hotel Riu Palace Antillas to accommodate this request. This trip was a complete disappointment. The rooms were incomplete, the bar was not stocked, the shower walls/door were missing, and three adults were placed in a double beds room to share space. These are all standard accommodations for an adult only resort. This was a complete FAILURE. Our four nights, five-day trip from October 7 thru October 11, 2021, we were compelled to switch rooms three nights in a row in an effort to seek some form of comfort. We don't believe that our request was in no means was unreasonable and should have been standard and included. I would never recommend this resort to any of my family members or friends, this was the worst experience ever. Hotel Riu must do better. If I was able to upload the videos I would. Campo Family.
