Unfortunately, within just one year, we noticed that one corner of the retaining wall had started sliding, causing the ground level to slope again. We contacted Joshua multiple times, and after several attempts he finally came to our home in May 2026. He inspected the issue and told us his team would return to fix it. However, no one ever showed up, and the problem remains unresolved. We have continued calling and messaging him because we are genuinely worried that the damage will worsen. Despite our repeated attempts, Joshua has not responded at all. This level of unprofessionalism and irresponsibility is extremely disappointing and frustrating. Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

He said he has been doing this for 25 years and he knows it all, so a simple hand drawing is more than enough. I emailed him my CAD drawings along with 3 elevations. Didnt hear back so I called after a week. He said, he needed one more elevation because "they usually give you 4 elevations". Since I had designed my kitchen myself, I generated several more elevations and 3D renderings and emailed them to him. His response? He said I should consult with my husband and make sure my husband is OK with my custom cabinets. Dick said he will not give me an estimate unless I go to the showroom with my husband. He knew I live about 50 miles away and he was not even willing to give me an estimate before I drive to their showroom. Poor Dick is likely stuck in the stone age. I feel sorry for him. Mind you, I had never told him there is a husband in the picture. In fact I am not married. They lost my business and I'll steer away anyone who comes to me for kitchen/bathroom design.
