They discovered issue I had of dry rot to the wood behind the chimney and came up with a plan to repair it. it did cost a little more obviously as it's aged with to the quote but they replaced the wood, some studs, insulation, and siding.

Not only did we get an appointment within days, Casey showed up exactly on time, and even called to let us know he was on his way. He used care and caution in our home, and was very respectful by taking his shoes off without even being asked. Casey came prepared with parts necessary for the retrofit. After the main servicing of the 28 year old fireplace, he told us it could easily be fitted with a remote, and that it already had a fan - that was broken. He quickly retrofitted for the remote and installed a new fan. We were so happy that we didn't have to replace the entire fireplace. We cannot recommend this company enough!
