They have a food truck and I asked for the location. Which would have been to far to travel.( My father and I are disabled, I'm in a wheelchair,) I told them where we are at and they said they have lot's of customers nearby and they would be in the Area on Saturday. They texted me a menu and we ordered a couple of rib dinners we prepaid and made a time for the dropoff on Saturday. The food came packaged with care looked and smelled wonderful. Then we got into eating and we enjoyed the ribs which were meaty, a hint of smoke and a tasty sauce caramelized on them. The sides were all very good the Mac n cheese, coleslaw were very good. I especially liked the bbq beans. I will not hesitate to order again and looking forward to seeing as some of their other items. Sorry no pictures. I forgot my phone and just dug in.

I love food trucks and think most of the time they have some of the best food. They were located in front of a convenient store which was easily accessible from the street. We spent a little over $40, and for that price, the portions were very underwhelming. The street mulitas came with no guacamole, a skimpy amount of cheese, and barely any meat onion and a little cilantro... come on now. See pic below. The tacos themselves were just meat, onions, and cilantro--super basic--but the biggest issue was the meat again. It had a smoky flavor, but it was dry. Nothing juicy about it at all. Honestly, if the mulitas at least had enough cheese, it might have helped mask the dryness, but nope. Between the dry meat and the stiff corn tortillas, it just wasn't hitting. The sauces did have good flavor, but if you're someone with a mild tolerance for spice, they may be a bit much--so that didn't really save the meal either. I ended up taking the food back and asking for guacamole and somehow he didn't understand English at this point. He gave me some in four small sauce containers, and when I pointed out the lack of cheese on the mulitas, he handed us shredded white cheese in foil to add ourselves (as shown in the photo). That alone says a lot. Overall, I wouldn't revisit, especially just passing through town. There's definitely room for improvement when it comes to quality and portion sizes for the price.

Servers walk past you and don't offer or ask anything. Expect to wait 10-15 minutes after you finish for them to acknowledge you and finally get your bill taken care of. If this is how it is in the Summer with no more than 20 people dining, I wonder how they'll do when season arrives and there's 60-80 people dining at once. And the CHIPS?! Hands down the best I've ever had from a food truck--crispy, warm, and just addictive. What makes it even better is that it's family-owned and operated, and you can really taste the love they put into their food. The service was so friendly and welcoming, it honestly felt like I was eating at a friend's place. If you're anywhere in the Coachella Valley, you HAVE to try this taco truck.
