After their technician inspected the units, they gave me multiple options on how to proceed (repair, new units). It was very professional with emailed documentation that explained everything in detail, and allowed me to confirm what I wanted online. Ultimately, I decided on a new unit (AH & AC). On the installation date, they had the old unit removed, new unit installed, and up and running in 4 hours. Really great people. I recently had a power outage at the house that flipped the circuit breaker, and the unit would not start up. I called them and they sent someone out the same day, and he had it resolved in a matter of minutes. Every person I've seen from this company is profession, courteous, and easy to talk to.
