Unfortunately, I didn't check it prior to leaving the business. When I went to wear it a few months later, dry cleaning tags still attached (I have a lot of clothes and I only wore the jacket on special occasions), I noticed that all of the white parts of the jacket had deep brown stains on it. The jacket was tri-colored and they claimed that the darker colors ran onto the white and that there was nothing they could do. I seriously doubt that the colors ran considering I had the same jacket cleaned by another PROFESSIONAL/EXPERIENCED cleaners in the past with NO problems. I only used "Eco Friendly" because I'm new to the area and was looking for a cleaners nearby. BIG MISTAKE! They asked for a receipt to show what I paid for the jacket, but I don't keep my receipts thinking that when I take my clothes in to be cleaned that they'll be ruined! They refused to do anything to compensate for the damage they had caused to my jacket. I don't go around looking for handouts, but when you ruin a person's clothing, you should compensate them in some way. I had only worn the jacket 3 times before they got hold of it. Needless to say, I'll never trust them with another piece of clothing. Consumer beware! I wish I could give them negative stars on this review.
