I've also tried a private tech before where I would sometimes leave with nails that weren't fully cured or had bubbles or dents in the gel. Charlene completely changed my expectations. She takes her time and is incredibly meticulous with her work, and you can really tell she cares about the quality of what she does. Every set is perfectly shaped, smooth, and never bulky. everything looks picture perfect when I leave! And a huge difference is how well my nails last now too.
