Unfortunately, the quality this time was very poor. I later found out they were not planning to charge me for the repair, but I was fully expecting to pay either way. It honestly felt like they did not put much effort into the service because it was going to be free. Instead of repairing the messy overflow into my cuticle, they gave me a buffer to repair myself. I still gave the nail tech a tip for her time. Very disappointed with the quality and experience. I may give them another try but it may take some time.

They've recently done a lot of renovations so the interior is quite spacious with plenty of chairs. The staff here is all so friendly, and they seated me super quickly (I called ahead and they had me seated within 5 minutes of arrival). Nancy did my pedicure today and she was excellent. She took her time with the entire pedicure, and gave an amazing massage too. I got the Gold Pedicure and thought it was great value for the price. This is definitely going to be a go-to spot for me moving forward, and I highly recommend checking it out for a pedicure.

I asked to get my cuticles to get taken care of, when I called to book the appointment and again when I sat down with the nail tech. I asked for this because I know if the cuticles are not taken care of you'll need a fill much sooner and it doesn't look at good. Then with the nail art simple French tip. The thickness of the lines between nails and hands was off. I shouldn't have to highlight that, there should be enough pride taken in the work being done for things to be done well. I shouldn't have to be put in the position to tell you the quality is lacking when it's your specialty. So I left with well it just is what it is nails.
