Before leaving, I asked, "It has cheese, right?" and was told no. I explained that the Double Charburger comes with cheese and that the only thing I requested was no mayo. I even showed the employee exactly how the order appeared in the app. They then added the cheese. I went home again, ready to finally eat my own Double Charburger with portobello mushrooms, only to open it and realize mine had NO lettuce, tomato, or onion. ‍ At that point I was genuinely confused about what was going on.
