I love the food.Like the pastromies and hamburgers.What I can not stand is the fact the cooks do not usually use plastic gloves.I visited the other Jim's in Huntington Beach.The cashier was cooking and using the cash register.Now if you go to Subway,the cooks always have plastic gloves.The other part of this big chain,in Huntington Beach.the cook scratched his nose then touched pastromie meat and made a pastromie sandwich. Why has'nt the owner of this big Greek food chain or what ever it is franchise addressed this serious health issue.Some can easily wipe sweat from forhead then touch food.However;If they have plastic gloves,they have to remove the plastic glove.Then wash hands.Then put new plastic gloves.The food is great.However;The cooks in all the franchises of Jim's Burgers ,need plastic gloves.Plus cameras in the kitchen so the customers can watch the cooks.On DVD.The only cooks that will quit will be the ones that like practicing very unsanitary bad habbits.The variety of food is great. read more

Today I gave it my last chance and the fries almost ruined the steak sandwich I was having. I swear the fries are hollowed or they are over cooking them.
