There is no public parking lot but you can park out front or one of the nearby residential streets. The man who did the live scan was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Though I don't recall his name, he was a higher up or owner. He made the experience great and told us how long the process would be and was very transparent about pricing, etc. I recommend this business for your live scan or notary services. When I inquired why Mercury did not calculate the estimated annual mileage properly, this is the response I got from Landmark Insurance Agency. Latest response from Landmark (dated: 10/09/2023) - "All changes with Mercury are taking 4-6 weeks to be processed. You are more than welcome to contact the Dept of Insurance and/or Mercury's Customer Relations Dept and/or cancel your policy and purchase coverage through another Carrier" Landmarks' first response after I provided my odometer reading (dated: 08/28/2023) - "Thank You I have submitted the proof and request to Mercury. Please allow anywhere from 2-3 weeks to be reviewed and approved." If Landmark and Mercury have been delegient the calculated miles would have been done properly on my policy. I will be leaving a review for mercury as well, as I have to give benefit of doubt to the agency.
