My friends that referred me have been in business for almost 15 years and they glowed about this company. They have many locations and a fairly high risk business model with a lot of employees. I'm certainly going to trust a bigger company reviewing a vendor than a review that doesn't know that insurance vendors require a minimum of a first month payment (usually companies pay the whole year in advance to save money). I had a fire loss at a rental property I own of about $10,000. The only loss in 31 years. I had renewed the policy a few months prior to the loss. When my personal home policy came due earlier this month I noticed an increase over last year. When I inquired why the increase I was told I had a loss on my home property. I contacted the agent stating they had assigned the loss to the wrong property and requested it be corrected. They chose not to correct the error. Since trust is integral to any agreement I elected to terminate the policies and go elsewhere. Yes, I saved money with AAA.

We mostly communicate with Ron, and he makes the process so easy; he is always there for us the moment we need him, and he takes care of our requests very quickly. Because we have known each other for so long, we have made a personal connection, and it makes filing insurance claims so much easier. James is also very nice. They put me at fault based on the words of the opposing party even though I have physical evidence & eye witnesses . So I decide screw it they are not going to help me so its time to get the car fixed, I take the car leave it there at there designated bodyshop for about a week I decide to call to follow up because I get no updates or anything like usual, then I get told by the car fixers that the insurance company hasn't went to look at the car yet, I call my car insurance to see what's going on to find out that they were unaware that my vehicle was there. This insurance is a joke, they are unprofessional & don't care about there clients. All the employee's in the office are RUDE COMBATIVE. The lack of communication is horrendous Cant believe such a business exists! Would avoid at all costs. I will freely contact anyone who has questions about this insurance location.
