After several frustrating attempts: she said: only The Tech department can finish. Irene gave me The # to The Tech dept. Called a gal named Diamond @ Tech- customer service. Like the TV show " Tracker" She managed to Link new usernames and passwords to make it operational. Bravo AAA U "saved" the Day!
