Not an Agent you should trust they are doing the best for you but the best for them. Update: I will leave my business name after we finish all the transfers and Audit for the new insurer. Don't trust in you guys making a move on us. I did send my payroll estimates and were underwritten under half of what I said to the Agent. And I trusted the Agent and didn't verify that number, thats my fault but we hadn't had that problem before with our other businesses and insurances... now we are having to pay a big bill for this.

Started with Maria @ the F desk. She helped as she could but there was a line forming so quickly called for Irene. Irene determined that the account names / passwords etc. did not synchronize. After several frustrating attempts: she said: only The Tech department can finish. Irene gave me The # to The Tech dept. Called a gal named Diamond @ Tech- customer service. Like the TV show " Tracker" She managed to Link new usernames and passwords to make it operational. Bravo AAA U "saved" the Day!
