One thing I really appreciated was that the entrees came out in their own individual serving dishes. Everything looked great and tasted even better. We ended up with a ton of food, plenty of leftovers, and for three people the total was under $100, which was honestly impressive considering how much we ordered. As we were leaving, the gentleman who greeted us when we arrived checked on us and seemed concerned that we were taking food to go. The classics -- daal makhni and malai kofta -- were ordered mild for the little ones and came out exactly as requested: deeply flavorful, soul-warming, and exactly what exhausted bodies needed after days on the trail. But the grand finale is what earned this review its own paragraph. The warmed up gajar halwa was extraordinary -- loaded with nuts, rich with milk fats, and sweetened with a perfectly restrained hand. This wasn't a shortcut version.
