My cousin and I booked a 1 hour massage via their online portal. We did not receive a confirmation email, so we decide to call day of to check. They did receive the booking on their end. I do recommend calling to book instead just because there are no email reminders. The 1 hour body massage was $49 + $11 tip. The masseuse was really applying some serious pressure and would check in once or twice during the massage to be sure the pressure is okay. As the massage was going, I felt all the knots in my body. She was able to get some of them out, but I could tell there were plenty more. The massage was very relaxing to a point where I almost fell asleep. I enjoyed the 2 hot stones they used during the massage. It felt like it was burning my back, but in a good way. The bed seemed clean, there was a sheet on top of the massage bed to lay on for cleanliness. The music was calming and the place was pretty quiet for our 6pm appointment. Overall, I'd recommend others to come give it a try. Especially for the price alone, it was very worth it. Parking wasn't too hard on the street. They also have a stamp card where you can get a free massage after 10. I paid in cash, but credit card is accepted. Please tip in cash tho if you can!

I had a great experience here!! I booked a late night massage and they have great hours for just that. The cost is very inexpensive for the treatment it was $49 for an hour so of course I tipped well. She even brought out hot stones for me!! I felts so relaxed and rejuvenated after.

I should also note that the employees contacted me after hours on my personal cell phone numerous times at very late hours of the night asking me to remove my review. When I said I had a negative experience and I have the right to express my experience- they persisted and kept insisting and asking me to change it, which I tried to sugar coat the whole thing because I felt extremely uncomfortable and pressured by them. I regret sugar coating anything. I would never go back there.

I'm in desperate need of a good massage. With my trusted Yelp app in hand, I found this place. I called beforehand to schedule an appointment and was able to book it for the next hour. Place was dark and quiet, as soon as I walked in; front desk lady quickly assigned me a female masseuse. I got the full body massage with additional 10 minutes added once I use my Yelp check-in. The full body massage includes hot stone treatment for the back and lower legs. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, it seemed a bit short. Masseuse told me that my left shoulder is very tight and tense, if that was the case I hoped she would've knead deeper onto my left side. I asked her what could relieve the tension on my left, she said sleep on your right~made sense. Overall, good massage and I tipped really well.

I decided to write a review after the 2nd visit. I was given a stamp card after my first visit. You get a free massage after 10 so it is a good way to keep guests. It is cheap too! I usually get groupons but people usually add tax and stuff so it comes out more than expected. This place is $39 for an hour. No tax and fuss about that. At these Chinese places, I think a $20 tip is min since the service is cheaper. The place ( especially the bathroom) is super clean. The walls are kinda of thin though since I hear people talking sometimes. read more

My best friend and I were in need of some relaxation and really were looking for a spa place. She stumbled upon this place in her search and we decided to check it out. The atmosphere of the place is beautiful and peaceful. The place is clean and organized. The staff are friendly. I received for a foot massage and back massage, 30 min each. I enjoyed every minute! My friend got the hour facial, and her skin looked clear and bright. She also had a good experience. The prices are reasonable as well. I paid 45 without tip for 30min each of foot and back massage. Very clean...asked for the 60 min back ...30 min back special...only received 60 minute back...must have been the language barrier...the massage itself was great...main focus was on spine.... next time will be mire vocal and specific as I left with the same knot in my neck and shoulder as when I came in. Partly my fault as I was up over 23 hrs from working into that day and just wanted to loosen up. Otherwise beautiful. Choosing here is a bad decision. I don't know what they are doing at all. I chose a 60-minute body massage. But I don't feel any comfort at all. Needed a full body massage real bad cos my body is beat from being in an academy filled with physical training daily. Came here for a walk in with no appointment and was accommodated right away. Didnt get the name of the masseuse i had but he used just the right strength for all my knots. He finished off with hot stones. I kind of wished he did some front massages towards the end when he asked me to turn over on my back but only spent a short period on rubbing out my legs. But overall i likes the cleanliness of the space, service and price. They have these cards where u collect massages and get a free one for ur bday and/or after u reached a certain amt of massages. Amazing walk in foot rub/back rub spa done right! There are so many shady places out there, but Tang Spa is legit! The staff is very polite and friendly. Got a $39 massage for 1 hour and the therapist hit every nook and cranny of my body. Place is very clean and warm environment, unlike other massage walk ins that seem questionable. Sophie gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. The place is very flexible when it comes to reservations. It's clean and quiet. I chose to do 30 minute foot, which they do in the lobby area on comfy chairs. For the back massage, they bring you to your own massage room. They end each massage with hot stones too! Hidden gem little 15-20 mins drive from me but it's worth it for a clean and relaxing environment, compare to the others in the area. The prices are even better!! I went with my husband and had a couple session in same room which was nice. The massage itself was very lovely!! If only I could shut my mind off lol. This SPA no longer exists, it's not TEMPORARILY CLOSED. The store is empty and there is a for rent sign on the outside. I tried calling to get my money back on a gift card that I bought for $130.00 and I have not recieved one phone call back. In a world gone crazy, overworked, underpaid, demands and pressure causes us sometimes lose sight of ourselves. I go to this spa to gain some semblance of sanity. The low lights, soft music and whispers combined with the massage gives a sense of calm. The place is clean and though each of the staff have their own technique all were great relieving my knots and kinks. That said, Gary is my personal favorite. He knew exactly where all my knots were at and focused on it instead of just massaging at areas that didn't hurt. The seat was very comfortable and before sitting down, they even offer me water. With my 30 min massage, it also came with hot stones that my masseuse would use to rub my feet. It felt so good that I felt like he was melting all my pain and tightness away. I also had a body massage as well, and with that they would take you into a private room to focus on all your kinks and knots. I would point to him places I would like for him to focus on and he did. If he moved to a spot I didn't like and I ask him to move back, he was more then happy to do so. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here and I'm definitely planning to come back whenever my feet starts acting up again. They are priced very responsible so make sure you tip them well.

The first part of the massage the lady working on my body, I didn't get her name, was talking to somebody outside the room, but that was only for a short period of time. That was a bit distracting, but once that was over, it was fantastic. It was a nice firm massage, which I've gotten to like. If she got a little bit too hard, I would let her know. One funny thing, if I'm getting a good massage, I grunt and groan quite a bit. Apparently, I was grunting and groaning a little bit too much, because she says to me, "you moaning too loud." oops! Once again, they want to protect that image....... The entire massage was on my back. She massage my scalp, my neck, my back, my legs, my arms, she used a nice lotion, and I also got the hot stones. In addition to the hot stones, I also got a hot pack against my neck, and another one on my back for a little bit. That also felt very good. I wish she would've had me flip and do my front for a little bit, but the fact that she did spend an entire hour on my back really did feel good for my back. The price was very reasonable. The hour was only $55, plus a five dollar surcharge for using my credit card. She also got a nice tip on top of that. I will probably stop in one more time before I leave Staten Island. The next time, I will ask for a half hour on my front and a half hour on my back. Thank you.
