No idea how this place has so many good reviews. I got a foot & back massage. And it was from 2 different people. I was in pain the WHOLE time. No idea how to massage. I can take a beating, but this was torturous. Putting pressure on the bones near my ankles, pulls my panties all the way down with my booty exposed, fingers so close to the crack, I was not ready for all of that. I was so disappointed. I love this place! There aren't too many legit AND nice reflexology places in BK. I always come here on the weekends. However, they did raise their prices recently. One hour foot massage went from pre-pandemic: $35, post- pandemic: $36, and now $39. Full body for one hour is $45. They should inform their regulars about the price hike beforehand. Also, there are a few groups of obnoxious "boys" that go around 7-8:30 on Saturdays. They're loud and they talk on their phones with the speakers on, they play around too much with the staff by using Google translate saying stupid sh** in Mandarin. The second group use and abuse the bathroom and hang outside of the store front. The owner is too nice to speak up for fear of trouble. They ruin the calm and peaceful atmosphere. I avoid those times on Saturdays. My friend did say something to one of them once... "turn your damn speaker off", then he started whispering into the phone instead . Overall, the massages are pretty good and I walk out feeling relaxed. read more

Absolutely disappointed, I cried!!!! Did not get the massage I wanted and needed bcoz of poor communication from the front desk to the masseuse who did not speak much English. Booked a "couples massage" for Mother's Day with this spa location only bcoz it was close to us. This was supposed to be my FIRST MOTHER'S DAY treat from my husband. We informed front desk girl that we wanted to be in the same room as should all couples massage should be. We told front desk my husband wanted 60 min. Full body and I wanted 15 min foot and 45 min body massage. She repeated our choices almost 5x to us just to clarify and I assumed she fully understood what we wanted specifically. Their "menu" of services offered different duration and body part and you can choose what combination you want. They took my husband first and started with his body massage in 1 single room. They took me to the reclining sofa. We asked them why are we separated when we wanted to be in 1 room together. They said bcoz I was getting foot first that I should be in the sofa first then join my husband later. I didn't notice time during foot massage bcoz I was half sleep. In the end, they transferred me to a separate room from my husband and the masseuse ended up giving me a 45 min FOOT MASSAGE and 15 min BODY MASSAGE. I asked her why the body massage was so short when it was supposedly 45 mins. And then she said "yes, 45mins" and just left me in the room with much more neck pain than when I came in coz she was rushing to massage my whole back for 15 mins!!!! She did not even have a timer that was showed to me or that I even heard go off. The front desk admitted it was her fault, she didn't understand what I said and interchanged the massage times I wanted! SHE HAD ONE JOB: TO TRANSLATE it right and she failed!!! She was on her phone half the time and clearly was not paying attention!!!! I called for the manager to fix the issue, manager didn't speak English at all. Same front desk that translated to the masseuse had to translate the whole confusion to the manager!!! Just my luck!!! Manager offered apologies but apologies won't fix my issue. They should have offered to give me more time for massage as I really needed it so bad!!! Overall, I came out disappointed and in much more pain than when I came in!!! If you want to feel that way, go to this spot! So much for relaxation!!! read more

I go here all the time for massages and it is so worth it. The prices are great, the staff is very professional, and the massages are amazing. I've gotten a facial here before too which was also nice! Another plus about Tang Spa is that they are open late, so I can still get home from work at 8pm and get a massage. Looks like a doctors office from the outside. Cute from the inside, looks clean, but smells moldy. Got a back massage from this place. The masseuse was a little agressive, felt like dough being rolled on by a rolling pin. It was good tho, worth it for the price. $40 for 1 hour. read more

The only reason I don't leave 5 stars is that the staff are a little bit uneven - it is never bad, but it is sometimes knock it out of the park good, and sometimes it isn't. It was suppose to be a gift and the main front lady was telling the prices and length of time while my friend was standing there. I didn't need her to know what I was spending. I had an amazing massage here for $40. It felt like the expensive massages I've had previously. It can be hit or miss with how good the masseuse is- I went with two other people and one person didn't like her experience and another thought it was great. For such an affordable price, it's worth trying. I was really happy they reopened and not closed permanently. All the massages were great as I am open to anyone but I recently found my regular masseuse. Yo-yo worked on my knots on my shoulders like no other. I recently found out I had to go back to in person work full time and was super stressed just thinking about it... She focused on y left shoulder blade when I told her it's been so painful all week I couldn't even sleep. After a massage with her week after week, I feel super light and flexible. I was almost reluctant to say her name as I want her all to myself but she deserves a lot of credit!! Book an appointment with her, u will not be disappointed. I decided to write a review after the 2nd visit. I was given a stamp card after my first visit. You get a free massage after 10 so it is a good way to keep guests. It is cheap too! I usually get groupons but people usually add tax and stuff so it comes out more than expected. This place is $39 for an hour. No tax and fuss about that. At these Chinese places, I think a $20 tip is min since the service is cheaper. The place ( especially the bathroom) is super clean. The walls are kinda of thin though since I hear people talking sometimes. read more
