We went a couple of weeks ago during the week and it was not crowded at all. I cannot speak for the weekend. I'm sure it gets packed. A few things to remember: It's not indoors. The stores are but you have to walk from store to store outside. If you burn easily, maybe wear a little sunscreen because it's not shaded in a lot of areas. Bathrooms are limited. It took me forever to find a bathroom. I gave up and asked Old Navy if I could use theirs. Most people make commission or so it seems. In every store we went in, the employees were a little like vultures. It was kinda scary. I am obsessed with Sperry and while shopping, a guy who works there was hovering over me asking me a million questions about the shoes I was trying on. I LOVE SUGAR - A great store (that's what it's called). Who doesn't love sugar? Its a huge candy store. There are a lot of outdoor places to sit but they're mostly in the sun. Wow! Outlet malls have lost their luster over the last several years but this place brings back all the excitement of finding a bargain and enjoying the shopping experience. The outdoor area is beautifully designed to give shade during sweltering summer days in TX but also has the warmth and coziness needed to enjoy a cooler day (hello, beautiful fireplace!). Not all the stores were open when I first visited but there was still plenty to choose from and TONS of parking available. Even though there are outlets closer to my home, the next time I want to spend a day shopping for bargains, I'll definitely make the drive out to Tanger Outlets! read more

Came here today and this is one of the nicest, best looking outlet malls I've been to. They have multiple stores I shop at, plenty of walking space and a few places to get snacks while you shop, and they have Bucees right next door! I'll definitely be back! read more

Cute and tiny little outlet mall. Per usual, outlets seem to have the leftovers from 4 seasons ago at 'discounted' prices. Pro tip: look for signs that tell about additional percentages off the price tags. Don't fall for the discount on the tag alone. There's a lot of stores for the small space: Ralph, Nike, Gap, Tommy, Charlotte Russe, and countless other places for your kids to spend your money. The outdoor scene is nice with fire pits in the winter, and shady spots with lawn chairs for nicer weather. The only food option I noticed was an Annie's Pretzels but there is fast food up the way if that is your thang. Good place to kill some time if you're stuck in this neck of the woods. read more

This morning I drove to the nearest Kate Spade store, which was in the Tanger Outlets in Ft Worth. The website said they opened at 10:00, but they don't open until 11:00 due to Covid-19. I waited in my car for an hour, and at 11:00, went to the door. I waited for someone to unlock the door, and it was opened at 11:05...no problem. I Picked out a few options, then FaceTimed my mom for her opinion on which purse she thought my sister would like best (it was a birthday gift). I was trying to describe each one, and she couldn't understand me, due to me wearing a face mask...I quickly pulled it down to tell her it was a nude color, and the lady working there yelled across the store "ma'am, ma'am, put your face mask back on" I complied...and kept talking with my mom about the purse. As I kept talking, she couldn't understand me again, so I just pulled my mask down to say a word, and the same employee begins yelling again. "Ma'am, stop taking off your mask" I said "okay, I was FaceTiming and she couldn't understand what I was saying" she then proceeded to tell me that if I needed to talk on the phone, then I needed to step outside....this was all yelling, by the way....not in a calm voice at all. I shop at this Kate Spade very frequently, and have never been treated this way. I would have understood if there were other people in the building, but I was literally the only customer. Kate Spade employees alway have such class and tact, but unfortunately, this was not the case, today. There was no class or tactfulness, she responded with anger in attempt to belittle me. I was wearing a Trump 2020 mask, and feel that that was why I was treated this way. I would NEVER attack someone for their beliefs, and believe your employees should do the same. Like I said, I shop at this Kate Spade frequently, and the employees are always nice, but this was such a disappointment. I will not be returning to this store. I was for sure humiliated and felt very attacked. read more

My daughter and I came to these outlets about 3 days ago. I loved that they did have a great variety of stores. We were doing back to school shopping so we did get some good pieces at great prices. She got some goodies as well as did I. We had a win win situation. Great prices. I just wished they had like a Burberry, Gucci outlet, but other than that they had great stores! Uniform Destination I went in for an interview at the Uniform Destination store and was treated with the most disrespect I've ever had from an employer. Her name is Ronda The first thing she even asked me was if I was pregnant, which I'm not, and even acknowledged her question was wrong, so I'm not sure why she would ask me in the first place. I was thrown off by her remark but decided to try and stay polite. Then throughout the interview she would make remarks like "based off of your past jobs it seems you can't stay at one place for long so going with that I'm not sure I want you working here" and "since you have kids I'm not sure this job will even hold you here for long." I explained to her why I left my past jobs, even though her comments made me really uncomfortable and I told her I have a support system which is my own private business, but with her making the accusations she was I felt I had to defend myself. She continued to make remarks about how she didn't think she even wanted me to work there but at the very end of the interview she said "you seem nice so I would like to have you come in tomorrow at 10 am to start your training." I was excited to have a job, but still extremely uncomfortable with all her remarks. I, later, get a call at 3:02 pm with her telling me she didn't want to hire me on anymore. I fell so deceived. This has caused me unwanted and un-needed stress. So yeah, don't go to that store. read more

Not a lot to say yet because there is still a lot of stores not open. And the location is very out of the way from Downtown Fort Worth. But as far as the company itself great customer service and tons of parking. I rented a wheelchair for my father it was easy n fast. Thank you for the convenience. This location does a great job of keeping things fresh and inviting. They have WIFI throughout and great covered seating locations for you to just enjoy your drinks or a conversation. Overall, I think this outlet needs more eateries in order to justify hanging around half a day or more. They do have eateries but they are not within the shopping area. read more

Really like this place over other Tangers like Allen's. The layout is great as a circle rather than an "L" shape especially for parking. There is alot of cover so rain or shine, you can still shop. There is no food court here, more like two snack shops and vending machines. This is not a big requirement for me, because I did not come here to eat, but others may miss that. read more

My daughter and I have been here several times this Christmas season. The stores are great, prices are ok, they could be lower for an outlet mall. Sure wish they had a Disney outlet store there. There are courtyards that are kid and husband friendly and a playground on the RH side. The bathrooms were very clean and the grounds are also. The staff in the Tanger Customer Care office are fantastic. I paid the 10 dollars for the membership and it has really paid off, free stroller rental and a gift when adding in my receipts. read more

The gap outlet the cashier told me if I used my credit card I would get an additional percent off when I got home I noticed that it wasn't on my receipt and I called them and the said oh well that that wasn't true and I told them the cashiers name who said it to me and still they didn't care I will not go back there very rude read more

Great shopping spot! Plenty of parking (even on the busy days), which makes it a lot less stressful because you're not having to make circles around the parking lot just to park. The stores there are awesome and there's something for everyone. The decor is great. There's plenty of seating and the partially covered walkways will make for a pleasant shopping experience in the summer. All in all, great place to go. read more

this mall is well-kept & has plenty of parking. my only complaint is that it doesn't have a food court. while i understand that there is restaurants around the center, i am sure that there would be better business if there was a place to grab at least a snack or a coffee while browsing around the mall. read more
