I have been shopping at the Palm Beach Outlets since they have opened my favorite shop is Calvin Klein until today.I recently purchased 2 shirts and have them one time but unfortunately disposed of the tags and receipt,the shirts were defective,I called the store to see if I could EXCHANGE them and was told NO! I then asked the sales associate if I could show her the charge on my card she said NO.I no longer will be shopping at this store END OF STORY. read more

I'm loving this new outlet mall. My favorite U.S. outlet mall is probably the one in San Marcos, TX. There are two malls across from each other, one upscale, and one more normal. They are amazing, and not much compares. However, as for Florida, I have been pretty disappointed with the outlet malls before this one was built. Orlando has tons of malls and outlet stores, yes. But it is several hours north, and I usually come away a little disappointed regardless. I'm not a huge fan of Sawgrass. It is so large, and has so many high end stores I can't afford or stores I have no use for. We once stopped at the Vero Beach Outlet, and it looked like it was on its last legs. I have the shopping problem that I am hard to fit. I wear the strangest shoe size that is only sold in high end stores or online, so I shop online for those. With the documented increase in sizing, I have almost been sized out of clothing (even though I haven't really lost weight over the years...in fact gained). But really only a few stores in my price range sell work clothes that are small enough for me and a reasonable price. That is unless I shop in the junior section or a juniors type store. Sometimes, I admittedly do to get some cute clothes. However, they are rarely appropriate or durable enough for work. So all this to say is I can get pretty irritated with shopping since I am so hard to shop for. But this outlet mall has some of my favorite stores, the Corningware store for pyrex and other cooking supplies. It has Express and New York and Company. It is really just lacking a Limited Store, which those are hard to find anyways. The other thing I like is it is not huge and tiresome. You don't have to park so incredibly far away, and you can easily walk the whole mall. All this makes for a less irritating shopping excursion for me where I can easily come away with new things for work. read more

Not exactly an outlet- in regards to prices. Sure some ok deals but nothing that makes me think outlet prices. Express is a cheap store when compared to their normal prices... Not wow-ed though. read more

Good selection of shops in a clean and well lit outdoor shopping mall. There are also plenty of other shops nearby to assignment your shopping needs. read more

The outlet is convenient to get to, has plenty of parking, and laid out in an easy walking grid. There's a central food court on site. There are the typical outlet stores as well as some boutique shops that one wouldn't expect to see in such an environment. read more

Excited that this shopping center is only few mins away from me. I don't have to drive all the way to Wellington Mall or Gardens Mall to shop. I'm happy that they finally closed that old palm beach mall and created something that will benefit the city. The second part of the outlets, The Marketplace is almost complete...super excited for TJMaxx and Whole Foods!!! It's less of a hassle with parking and traffic on a normal day than going downtown to cityplace to shop. read more

The outlet mall has a great selection of children/baby stores for those of you with kids and there is a great Whole Foods there too!

I don't know why they call this an outlet mall because the prices were no less than regular stores. The store selection left much to be desired, ie. Charlotte Russe? They're in every mall around. The ONLY impressive stores were Off Fifth (Saks' outlet) and the new Desigual store. Desigual is a MUST DO if you go there. The clothes are so vibrant and unique! read more

Definitely a better outlet in terms of pricing than dolphin mall. More organized as well. Highlights were: polo, van huesen, old navy, and nine west. Got some great deals. Happy shopper! read more

If you live in the area it's a great place to shop. Great deals compared to the local malls. The problem Is that compared to other outlet malls this is very small and needs more stores. There are very good stores, but there is a lack of designers, especially for handbags. For the most part I enjoy shopping here. read more

A lot of stores are more expensive than stores at the mall! It's a tourist trap! An educated consumer does not shop there.

I prefer not sweating to death when I shop.... I've been here one time and will not return. Open air outlet center in the sub tropics when it's above 90 degrees 8 months out of the year. Hmmm Who came up with that braindead idea? The food court is ridiculously located. 3 restaurants open unless you want to actually get into your car and drive to BJ's Brewhouse and then eat, turn around, get back into your car and drive back to the parking lots to fight parking so you can go back into the outlet mall in sweat your tail off. The prices leave much to be desired. There might be a 225. Difference in the tons and tons of shoe stores but other than that there's really nothing interesting in there. There's no JC Penneys outlet or Michael Kors or Calvin Klein or any of the normal outlet stores that you would find in outlet mall. This is a tourist trap I believe. It was built for tourists coming from the month of December to April in the cool months of the year. They never even gave much thought or any thought to the residents that actually live in the 90 degree weather that would shop here year round. There's not enough places to sit in rust. The guess store has the absolute worst guest service I have ever seen. My wife was paying $100 their computer freezes it takes the money from our account and its been over 4 months trying to get the $100 returned. Try and talk to the store manager he thinks he is too cool to talk to guests. Their corporate office does nothing to help. Their district manager doesn't return calls. The outlets are nice and there are a few of options but there is no real attraction there. I wish there was some type of entertainment like movies, etc to keep people there longer. I'll still go but it's just an outlet mall! read more

I called the Saks outlet store at the outlets as an alternative to going to your store at the mall or Worth Ave where I have shopped before. I needed a specific item in mensware. The sales person Douglas was extremely helpful and polite on the phone. I mentioned to him that a friend of mine would be stopping in and needed assistance. He double checked (while on the phone with me that the item was in stock) and recommended other possible alternatives, should they be needed. He did a great job helping my friend when he arrived at the store. I feel I got very professional and personalized service comparable to that of your Palm Beach retail location. I know I can feel confident recommending him and this store in the future to other colleagues, clients and co-workers. read more

My co-workers and I like to go to the outlet mall on a regular basis during our luch hour but since the entrance/exit on Congress Ave has been closed, it is now quite inconvenient for us to get in and out in a timely manner as we are coming from 45th Street (the north). It is a shame that we will not be able to continue these outings since using the other entrances are too time consuming considering the lights/traffic/u-turns involved. read more

When I think "outlet" I think upscale stores for less. By upscale I mean designer, Michael Kors, Tory Burch and Coach to name a few. Yes, I realize these are all women's designer stores, but I am a woman after all. My point is, the Palm Beach outlet's store selection was less than desirable. While there was a variety of stores for men, women and children, they were mostly stores you can find at the mall: Guess, Banana Republic and Gymboree. There seemed to be a lot of emtpy store spaces and a couple "coming soons." I did not expect it to be entirely complete, but I did not expect it to be so barren. And speaking of barren, it is a good thing we didn't go hungry because we were forewarned about the limited food selection. They weren't kidding. In the large space alloted for a "food court" was only Sbarro, Subway and an unknown chicken restaraunt. Overall, despite the hype when the outlets first opened, I was grossly underwhelmed. I will probably return once Forever 21 opens, but other than that, I won't be "coming back soon.' read more

Just today I was enjoying my time with my family at the outlets, but when I had gone to the store Steve Madden, it's one of my favorite stores and I love their shoes. Although, as I was trying to ask an employee for a shoe size, an older woman had a rude remark to me and said "go ask someone else" as she walked to the back. I let it go, proceeded to ask someone else for help, as I got my shoes and was trying it on my boyfriend had sat next to me and the same older woman had a rude remark to him and said "Can I help you?!" In a rude manner. As he said no, she then started again with "do we have a problem?!" That's when he stepped in and had told her, "no, we don't have a problem, I'm talking to my girlfriend, am I not allowed to talk to her now?" After that manner, I decided just to not buy the sandals and leave the store, as we were leaving she walked past us and rolled her eyes and said something under her breath. As me and my boyfriend left the front of the store and were telling our family what happened, she and another employee were standing right in the front staring at us and laughing. My boyfriends father had gone in and confronted her on the way she's been treating us and there she goes again, yelling at a customer. They also have signs out front how they treat everyone equal, but just because someone's race is different from their own, they treat you very differently. This is no way someone should treat their customers and I will never go to this store again. Horrible customer service. read more
