I don't think this page accurately portrays the shopping center, as many reviewers are describing specific scenarios at specific stores in the mall. However, I do think this is one of the best outlet malls that I have ever been too! There is a ton of parking and good quality stores. I often find with outlet malls that there are only a couple stores that I actually like, but this mall is different. There are a ton of different stores (but primarily apparel) and I love that they have the strip mall right there with Whole Foods, Bed Bath, Sports Authority, etc. The mall is outdoor, but has lots of coverage for rainy days (although I'd still recommend an umbrella). It's still fairly new so all of the facilities are in good shape and well kept. Lastly, they have a ton of security throughout the mall as well as the parking lot, which is great considering the surrounding areas aren't the best. I'd definitely recommend coming here prior to going to a regular mall! read more

My friend took me here while I was visiting her and I enjoyed it. They had the stores I like to shop at and still building more. I found awesome deals at Express and Banana Republic. I bought a tank top at BR for $3! Really $3!!!! Wow!!! I think that made me change my whole perception. I mean some places didn't have a good deal, almost retail, but I like this place. It wasn't packed and everyone was nice in each store that I went into. I can tell you this, even though Dolphin Mall has more store options and is indoor, I'd rather not go. It was nice to be in "America" where everywhere I go they automatically speak English. I can't wait to go back! I told my friend we are going shopping again. Maybe I'll check out the Wellington Mall but I like the Outlet Prices as well. The food court here sucks, but we picked up a quick snack and was out. I wasn't there to eat anyway. read more

Very nice, clean, well-lit, some good stores. The biggest problem is the moniker "Outlets". Don't come here looking for "outlets", unless artificial sales appeal to you. You can often find things much less expensive in conventional malls during good sales, than at this mall. Furthermore, most of the stores are relatively small and the selection is very poor. Without a significant benefit in prices or a decent selection, there isn't much appeal beyond the nice/clean architecture and a stroll around a busy, outdoor venue. read more

I really like coming out to West Palm Beach, people out here are so much nicer and actually provide some good customer service! The Palm Beach outlets is cute.. I went this past Saturday, early (around 10) in the morning so that I could avoid the afternoon/weekend crowd. It's rather small compared to other outlets that I've been to. I didn't think that prices were especially AMAZING depending on what store I went to (basically some stores had good sales, others not so much), and I didn't care for a majority of the stores in general, but either way I had a nice time walking around and shopping. I'd say the men's fashion selection was rather lacking (I didn't really find any thing good for my BF- haha sorry babe), but I found some great items for myself! :P I'd definitely come back again some time. read more

Really clean and never too crowded. There are a variety of stores, (Whole Foods, Ralph Lauren, TJ Maxx, etc) You can get all of your shopping done in one place which is great! I've also never had a bad experience with any of the employees there, everyone is super friendly! read more

These outlets are very new and very nice! Went into a few stores: nautica, vera bradley, Nike, perfume store! All of these stores had excellent customer service, everybody was extra friendly and super helpful!!! The outlets were not overpacked maybe because they are so new or now that the holidays are over and it's perfect! They have directories all around and maps that you can take with you show you where all the stores are. The food court is big and spacious but only has about 4 or 5 fast food chains. Next I went right across to the adjacent plaza where they had old navy, and bed bath and beyond! I got 2 cute workout tanks at old navy and some holiday coffee for the kureg at b,b&b! Very nice plaza over all I will def be back shopping here! read more

Ok, I have gone twice and my biggest gripe is that there are more than 18 shoes stores and seemingly little else. I was hoping to see a bit more variety but I did like the little kitchen gadget store. The building itself it stunningly beautiful and the parking lot was not as bad as everyone keeps saying. I found parking both times on the far ends very near the entrance. I would happily go up a star if more stores get added and if the prices are a bit more outlet than retail. read more

I went with my wife recently to Palm Beach Outlets. I am a old hand at discount outlet shopping having spent a considerable amount of time at the Tanger Riverhead NY outlet center.This outlet center is considerably smaller than Tanger but is nonetheless a excellent center in its own way.There aere many familar stores such as samsonite, nike,banana republic etc. and some unusual one such as swarovski and haggar (which closed at Tanger). I found the stores to be generally friendly and accomdating. Prices were as low generally as Tanger with many items on sale for the 4th of July.The food court was upscale in comparison to the grim poor one at Tanger. The outlet center is well layed out with stores that are relatively accessable. There are also many benches ( my wife cannot walk easily) available as well as cover in the event of rain.They even give you a coupon book for free. I found this outlet center to be excellent and intend to return in the near future. read more

Saks off 5th .. I bought this Valentino bag from Saks. Within 3 months the chain strap is turning color and the the chain is knotting . I take it back and there manager Ms Carvel said I can't exchange or return it because Saks can't resell it . I asked if she thinks it's ok to sell me a defective product she then went to the back and supposedly spoke to a Mr. Guzman the GM for the store who upheld her decision . I was told I should contact Valentino . I wrote to Saks and got a reply from Jean that they were sorry I was having problems but here is 15% off your next purchase ...UNACCEPTABLE . Yes, I should have known better. I learned long ago that outlet mall prices are no bargain. Yet, I decided to find out if this one was different. Sadly to say, after entering every possible store, I did not find the sundress for which I was searching at an affordable price. 50% off a $100 dress is not my definition of a good deal. It seemed that all the stores carried dresses that were not the cotton blend suitable for Florida weather. I ended up going to my old stand-by, Marshalls, where a bargain is a bargain. read more

This place was definitely a disappointment for me. I was on vacation in Palm Beach so I wanted to do some shopping. Came here expecting lots of great stores and mostly great deals. They do have some good stores but as far as deals go, not so much, mostly regular prices. The place was eeeeempty which is a good thing most of the time but it was also kinda boring lol. I was taking a nice drive up the coastline of Palm Beach when I decided it was time to go see what all the hoopla was about. I guess the Palm Beach community has a very low expectation of what an outlet mall is supposed to look like OR the community leaders don't give a damn about us and only want to attract gullible people into thinking outlet means discount. It does not. It has not since 1988 (making that up). What makes this place underpar is what Heather D said a few days ago. if you are a 5'5 woman this is the place for you. If you are over 6' tall ( I am 6'8) don't stop here..just move along. Also the prices are exactly the same as if you went to a regular store. The Asics shoe store was the same price as the regular store. Ridiculous!! They are also building bigger buildings on the other side. This place is a tourist tap extraordinaire! it was more like a bazaar than an outlet store. Good news though...the stores have really good a/c. I am a high school student and had gone to Jewels N' Gems to get myself a necklace and a cross. 10 days after receiving the cross a dent had been put in to my cross. I called up the store and brought them my cross. they did not do anything to help or repair the cross and they did not give me any help. Instead they acted rude and as if they did not care that the product they gave me was broken and giving them a bad representation. This store should be taken out of the outlets and I regret ever buying anything from there. read more

I dont know what the name of the place was, but there was a shoe cleaning place right outside of the area around Tilly's and Nike. They charged a lot of money for a shoe cleaner and refused to give out a receipt. It was a Rip off and then when I tried to return it later, they asked if something was wrong with me and said that they would not give me the money back and then called security on me. This place should be shut down and everybody should be refunded. read more

I have been a customer of Forever 21 for quite some time now. I have always received great service at Forever 21 all over the country, which is one of the main reasons why I shop at your store. But to my surprise, when I visited your Palm Beach Outlet store on 10/26/17, I was on the receiving end of poor customer service. Katelyn, cashier 2089980, was not welcoming nor did she leave a good first impression. As I stood in line, I watched her encounters with customers and she seemed annoyed. Her lips were pursed the entire encounter and her face was very stern. Hoping to turn her day around, I approached the counter, I asked her how was her day and she didn't answer. She literally had an attitude the entire cashing out process. When I asked questions about one of the items she had scanned, she answered with an attitude.She then engaged in a conversation with another cashier, slowing up the check-out process even more. She then tossed me my bag and dismissed me like I was a nuisance. I was appalled at such behavior, and have a good mind to take my business elsewhere. I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. Your company has been known to provide good services, and such events tarnish the company name, so please address this issue soon. Thank you for your cooperation. read more

I went to the New Balance Factory Outlet Store in Palm Beach Outlets the other day after speaking with Fred on the phone earlier in the day who was kind enough to place a couple of pair of sneakers on the side for me. When I got to the store I received a welcomed greeting from Fred who had the sneakers waiting for me as he had promised. So far so good and it only gets a whole lot better. Fred is a really nice guy who answered all the questions I had, and there were many, and offered me his welcomed opinions on fitment and other details regarding the sneakers I had chosen including showing me some other similar styles I may be interested in during our discussion and getting an understanding for what I was looking for. His patience which included me trying on multiple sneakers in different sizes was very much appreciated as was his knowledge of the products themselves. The experience I encountered with Fred was one of the best I've ever had regarding an in store purchase, sneakers and otherwise, and I want to once again thank him very much, in addition to letting others know that this guy is the real deal, not only in his knowledge and patience, but for genuinely being a really nice person. New Balance Corporate really has a winner with Fred being out there to represent them and their products!! read more

We decided to go to the outlets because we live closer to them than we do to Vero beach however Vero is an actual outlet mall and these are just stores in a fancy strip mall. It should be called the outside Palm Beach mall and not an outlet. A nice worker explained the stores that are really outlets say "Ann Taylor factory outlet" the others are just everyday stores. So basically because they're all regulars stores they all have regular prices and small if any discounts. Don't waste your time go to Vero beach outlet malls for a real discount. read more

Saks sold me a defective Valentino Bag . I bought the bag in June 3 months ago the strap is a silver chain well it is turning color and knotting so I took it back to say can you please exchange or credit me for this bag, I was told no by there Manager that they cannot resell the bag so I asked if it is fair for me to purchase a bag that does not last more than 3 months she informed me I can return it to Valentino . REALLY SAKS !!! Isn't that your JOB. The manager then went to to GM and he of course does no come out to speak with me but he upheld her decision, Truly DISAPPOINTING SAKS !! I usually like to go to puma store in palm beach outlet，but the last couple of times I Had very bad experience with the customer service I was almost kicked out of the store because I was taking a picture of how the shoes looked on my feet and also wanted to send that picture to a friend of mine to see if she liked it so I could get her a pair and I just feel harassed every time I go to this store. So I went into Express with my boyfriend and sister to go shopping for a "Smart Casual" wedding, and Joey overheard us and stepped right in and told us exactly what get, matched us all and was extremely tentative to us. He sold us product we didn't come in for and encourage us to by a whole set which we love and thank him for, but his manager kept pulling him away from us to complete nonsense tasks and near the end of my experience Joey was so rushed he couldn't give the complete customer service he wanted to. I was hoping that Joey would ring us out but he didn't. Then we had the manager and I told the manager what a great employee he was... and the manager didn't even thank him or seem to even care. He was even more rushed, throwing my shirts in a bag and really pushing this credit card on me, and after I declined he just seemed short. Then customers came in and he got on the radio, in front of me telling his other employee to "stay engaged, make sure we're engaging those customers".. I'm sure they already knew that, and you definitely shouldn't be talking like that on the radio in front of the customers, but instead you're supposed to be engaging yourself... honestly fantastic experience until I came across the manager, and that's why I didn't give a 5 star review. The Palm Beach outlets are a pleasant addition to Palm Beach County. I like the fact that they are centrally located unlike the nearest mall being PGA for those who live down south. The outlet stores up to choose from our great and the eateries in the area are also a pleasant welcome. We really love the fact that they're putting in a whole foods which I think has an opening this week look forward to spending our money there. Considering the location and the Democrats I think that these shops will do exceedingly well and our area and it's a good fresh breath for the economy. Plus right across the street at the Super Target. And a few blocks away is baby chicken and waffles. Pretty great outlet. For those of you complaining about being outside has NEVER been to a true outlet in Florida (Vero Beach, Orlando, Estero) which EVERYTHING is outside. More stores are opening in November, I am VERY excited for Ulta & Nordstorm Rack. Pew Wei & Starbucks is opening along with Red Robin for more food options. Plus a whole foods, so many you fat asses can STOP complaining about walking to BJ's Brewhouse when it's literally 2 mins away from the outlet, on FOOT. And AGAIN, like ANY true outlets, it's a HIT OR MISS for sales. read more

Love the outlets. Great open-air shopping area. Great selection of stores and plenty of restaurants to eat at. Designer labels, specialty items, etc can all be found here. Also activities, plenty for kids as well. They have community events sometimes. Beautiful area even to just walk around. Electric car charging stations here as well. read more

The lady "running" this store when I was there the day after Christmas was beyond rude and extremely unprofessional. I received a gift from there and did not have a receipt. I did have proof of purchase (bank). I wanted to purchase something else (which cost more than my return). She loudly tells me that she can't believe I'm doing this on such a busy day & proceeded to make comments related to her not knowing how to do an exchange because "this is our first Christmas here and we haven't had to do it because people always have their receipt."
