That all sounds good except the first pair that you may prefer starts much higher than you can probably purchase from Amazon on-line with two day free shipping. I'm not an avid shopper, but I enjoy this outlet mall because there's something for everyone. This mall features a wide variety of stores. Additionally, there's a food court and random kiosks to grab a beverage and / or bite along with many restaurants on the outskirt. There are also outdoor games to keep family members entertained while one shops if they're not a fan of perusing the stores. A couple of these games include corn hole and an oversized chess board. This mall often has events such as: cars and coffee, charity fashion events and food and wine tastings. They also have sponsored events and opportunities for folks to contribute to great causes such as their recent food drive. The Palm Beach Outlet mall is clean and easy to maneuver. The parking lot is well maintained and also easy to navigate. I shopped here on Thanksgiving night and I was impressed by how well the security and stores operated. There wasn't the slightest bit of chaos in sight. Whether you're a local or visiting, I highly recommend checking out this mall. read more

Not sure why this mall is called 'Outlets' because the prices are not outlet prices. I came here to pick up a dress I ordered online from Dress Barn. It was difficult to find where to park because the signage is confusing so I drove around the mall several times before figuring out where to park. The mall appears to be clean and well kept, including the ladies room. Vending machines are spaced throughout the mall in case you want a snack or cold drink. A food court and restrooms are located near the center of the mall. There is a great variety of stores for all ages, genders, and styles. If you're a shopper, you'll probably love it but I don't see myself frequenting this mall unless I'm picking up an online order like I did this trip. read more

Just walked in at 5:59 pm to buy probably over $100 worth of candles. Had one in my hand and the clerk came up to me and said the store is closed. I asked if I could just buy this and her reply was no. The door to the store was open! WTF! Bad business and very rude clerk. read more

Not my first choice of shopping but now after living in PB county I realized Palm Beach Outlets is great for a quick shopping trip. My positive case for the outlets: You won't have to deal with too much traffic unlike Sawgrass mills, Palm Beach outlets has less traffic. The parking is great and near by. The weather is great these days so you can enjoy walking outside and shop. It might not be too big in size but there are enough stores and brands to keep you entertained while being there. There are good sales compared to regular retail boutiques. There are not too many restaurants but the surrounding neighborhoods have a ton of restaurants as well. Palm beach outlets is good in my books and I will be visiting it a lot more next year than I did this year. Which was only two visits so far but good ones while shopping.~ read more

Im a palm beach local so I have a love hate relationship with this "outlet". I love it because it has great variety of stores nike, ross, saks 5th, tommy, forever 21, 5 below, Lane Bryant, Ulta, TJ maxx, whole foods, Journeys, hildrens place, chicos, lindt choclates yummm, nautica, yankee candle, nordstorm, white house black market, GAP, Puma, famous footwear sperrys, vera bradley and more! So it saves me from having to drive far to find another large setting with retail stores aside from clematis, wellington or boynton mall. Its definitely brought more value to the area, a Hilton garden Inn is located right across the street from the outlet. Food wise: Pei wei, robins burger, sbarro pizza, mc donalds, Cinnabon, Bj brewhouse, too jays, cucina pizza, starbucks and thats all I can think of right now. I wish there was a better variety of food options. Park isn't an issue but on holidays it can be packed! Security and officers frequent the parking especially at night so I hav. Now the hate part...this isn't really an outlet like you would think with deep disounts...most of the big name brand stores like nike, gap, tommy and vera...offer good disounts. However the "discount" stores like ross and TJ are actually a little higher than other local ones. I absolutely hate when they have events here as a real local local that literally live less than a minute from the outlet when thers events going on like car, RV shows traffic can be a whole nightmare, Ive seen numerous accidents happen here. All in all I'd recommend to visit them, but if your looking for Deep discounts with some if the top retailers you may want to reconsider. read more

Of all of the Florida outlet shopping centers, I would have to say this one is the worst. They have an awful selection of stores in my opinion. The only stores that I would ever go in are Express, J. Crew and Saks off 5th. It seems like all other stores are for teeny boppers- Forever 21, Francesca's, Charlotte Russe, etc. They also have such a small food court with very limited options. The only plus to this shopping center is that its not as crowded as Sawgrass or the Orlando outlets. One more thing- I noticed next to no sales. It seemed like everything was typically priced. I think it was a really great idea to bring over an outlet mall into the South Florida area. As it was prior to the Palm Beach Outlets opening, one had to go to either Sawgrass Mills or the Vero Beach Outlets for access to outlet retail stores. When I arrived Saturday afternoon, parking was crazy (as expected). I was a bit disappointed in the store selections; when I think of outlets, I think of more exclusive stores such as Nike, Coach, and not necessarily the everyday "mall stores" like Charlotte Russe. I agree with some of the other reviewers, the selections and prices were not as significantly lower as expected. The other downside is there are three dining options: Subway, Sbarro, and a "mall-type" Asian dining option. The lines were incredibly long as there were only three options. read more

For an outlet it's not bad. They have major stores like Adidas, Nike, Whole Foods, Old Navy and many more stores ranging from clothes, food court (and other food restaurants covering the surrounding outlet like Pei Wei or BJ's) and smaller local owned shops. If you don't find anything you like in the outlets, there is always a Target across the street, along with a Best Buy. During special days like Black Friday, parking gets pretty bad but on the other hand, you get great discounts that you probably won't find in like a mall. Note: If you ever do shopping here, this can be applied to any mall/outlet. Don't put your shopping bags in your car and continue shopping. Either keep the bags on you or move your car to a different location after putting your bags in the car. People can follow you and cars can easily be broken into. read more

These are regularly priced stores for the most part. It's confusing and misleading to call this place an outlet. I'm a local so it doesn't matter to me. But when I travel, I like to shop at outlet malls. I would think this would frustrate tourists. I don't see anything different at this mall than any other. Update- a cleaning crew worker attacked his colleague with a machete Saturday night in the food court- in front of everybody! Very scary. I love this place. So many of my favorite stores are here. On the bog box side is Nordstrom Rack (YAY), TJ Maxx, Bed Bath and Beyond, Whole Foods and so many more but it's the out-parcel with all of the small shops that can get me in real trouble. This is my favorite outlet mall because it has great stores and isn't too crowded. They also have big discount sores (Ross, TJ Maxx, Nordstrom Rack, etc.) along the edges. I koved the variety of this Mall. I couldn't help stimulating the economy with shopping. Somr parts of the area are covered with tents and have refreshments available for purchase and a hot dog stand. What I liked the most was the parking and quality of stores. I think the outlets have really opened up West Palm Beach to a greater variety of stores like Nordstrom Rack, Ulta, the Nike Outlet, etc. In the past, you used to have to drive to Boca or even Sawgrass to go to all of these stores, so it's now incredibly convenient and great to be able to shop closer to home. These outlets are located right off the highway which is a great location for travelers. They're super easy to get to which is incredibly important when heading somewhere to shop! There are a lot of stores here like Forever 21, Whole Foods and Nike. I'm a fan of the Nike store since it was always problematic coming home and having to shop full price for Nike gear because there was no outlet nearby. No, this place probably doesn't compare to Orlando's outlets, but it's way easier to park here and is significantly less crowded. I would rather shop here than the outlets in Orlando any day. A pretty nice outlet, however, I was disappointed that there weren't premium brands. I saw BR, Gap, Express, etc. Some of the stores looked a tad shabby IMO (i.e. Loft) where the inside looked just like a warehouse with fans all over. Restrooms were super scarce and seemed like it was only located at certain points like the total opposite of the outlet. read more

We drove up from Miami Beach for a day of shopping. My goals were Chico's, Lindt's, Crabtree and Evelyn, and the cookware stores. My friend aimed for Clark's and Brooks Brothers. She found get clothes bargains and shoes. I found the Pyrex stuff I needed, nice skin care items and too much chocolate on sale! Some of the workers recommended that we catch lunch at newly opened Toojay's - great choice. A good deli and more menu with mid-range prices. The best part of the day was how nice almost all of the staff members were. The Toojay's staff were stand-outs. They all really seemed to care about us. Many others were attentive and truly helpful. I haven't been to this area of West Palm Beach since the older mall was still standing here. I was surprised to learn the old one has been completely demolished and these outlets were built in its place. There are many shoppes of all price-ranges, and a few places to eat in the food court. I came here for a family day of shopping and exercise. The stores here range from low-end to higher-end shoppes. Everything from American Eagle and Express to Saks Off 5th are available at these outlets. If you can think about it, it is here. There are maps at every intersection so you can make the most out of your time there. There is also ample parking that is very easy to navigate. It is well maintained and clean. The new food court is cramped, but it looks like they are expanding and adding new food options. The options they have now are quite good, I was able to find vegan options there, so not too bad! There is also an option to bring your own into the food courts as we saw a group bring their own lunches to enjoy before shopping. Also, ladies (and gents) the bathrooms here are so clean and abundant. If you have a small bladder like I do, I always worry about having access to clean restrooms. There are restrooms on every corner and inside of the food court. read more

I think this Mall is no longer a true outlet mall the last visit the prices weren't "outlet worthy" in my book. Maybe to unknowing tourist it still is. So anyways back to a "gem of a find" the Palm Beach Outlet Mall. Truly outlet mall pricing. What a fantastic place for top brand name clothing and accessories . From the likes of Calvin Klein, Converse, Bass, Saks 5th Ave, Sperry, Levi, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Brooks Brothers and many, many more. For example, you can easily get four or five pairs of Converse sneakers for $100.00. Why pay full price when you can get them at this kind of discount. I love this place for all the same reasons my other 1/2 hates it! It has SOOOOooooo many good stores and it truly offers outlet pricing. Can you surmise who makes the money??? ‍ Unlike Sawgrass Mills the stores here really do offer deep discounts on merchandise that's over stocked, discontinued, past season, or slightly irregular. In addition, all the stores carry a lot of their regular merchandise but just at lower discounts. It's easy to find the exact same things for 10-20% less than they are currently in stock at the regular stores. My personal favorites here are Ralph Lauren Polo, Nordstrom Rack, Converse, Levi's, Calvin Klein, Sperry, Off (Saks) 5th Ave, Vera Bradley, and Le Creuset. When I walk out of Converse with 5 pairs of Chucks for under $100.00.... I am a HAPPY GIRL! $25.00 Levi 501's 30.00 Vera Bradley bags 50% off Calvin Klein fragrances and Athletic Wear Check, check and check! They actually have such a large variety of stores that no matter what you need there's a store here that sells it. It's an open air mall so plan your trip when the chance of rain is low. Something else I really like here is everything is in close proximity. When I'm interested in going to just a couple of stores, even if they are at opposite ends, it's a brief walk. A few of the other stores here: Aldo, American Eagle, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Brook's Brothers, Chico's, DKNY, Hurley, Jared Vault, Kay Jewelers outlet, Steve Madden, Swarovski, White House/Black Market, and 25-30 others. Very nice outdoor outlets and a great place to just relax, take your time and look at all the stores. On a nice day when humidity is low I cannot think of anywhere better to shop. We found lots of great deals! We could barely fit it all in our suitcases I know the people at our resort go on regular bus trips to the outlets as well. I was there for about 30 minutes and popped into several stores only to quickly walk out. THIS IS NOT A TRUE OUTLET. The closest true outlet to South Florida is in Orlando. Expect out of season items at regular prices. You may hit a few sales, but you'll hit sales at the regular retail stores in a non-outlet as well. read more

So, this outlet mall just opened recently. I went there with my boyfriend to see what they had. It looks nice. It's outdoor and there are also carts. Some of the store spaces were kind of small so the store did not have a large selection. I didn't really see any great deals for an outlet mall. I think I was picturing this to be like Sawgrass Mills where there are significant price differences. There really was not. In some of the shoe stores the shoes were knocked down by like $5. I just was not really impressed. I think the best deal I found was $5 mineral makeup at the Body Shop...but that same deal is available online. As far as the food there is not a big selection. They had maybe three things open. I think it was Subway, some Japanese place and a Sbarro pizza. Maybe it will get better as more stores open. I just think if a store is going to call themselves an outlet store then there should be outlet prices. Many things were the same price as in the regular mall. read more

The 2 star rating on these outlets is really not fair. Granted, I've only been in one store so far, but I've made multiple trips to the Nike outlet. The prices are GREAT. I've even checked online to compare prices and so far every shoe I've gotten has been at least $50 cheaper. Now, the best part. If you have a big foot, the shoes are even cheaper (men and women) Let me explain how it works. The regular(sale) price of a sneaker is $50. However, if you wear a size 14 for instance, its marked down to $30 and then they take another 50% off of that. That pricing starts at 13 for men, 10 for women. To everyone complaining about pricing, please tell me where you can get Nikes that just came out 6 months ago for $15. read more

I made a stop here yesterday and it was mad packed. On a freaking Tuesday. I know it's new and all, but I thought it would die down on the fourth day of its opening. I was proven wrong..lol. The outlets is a much needed for Palm Beach or should I say County. It is a hundred times better than the old mall that used to stand on its prior ground. Most of the stores are open and it has a variety of them ranging from accessories, clothing, house ware, shoes, beauty, and restaurants. There were good deals I scored by browsing around. However, I have some gripes. There are only three places to choose from to eat right now and the lines were ridiculously long in the food court. They move quickly, but don't be in a jiffy if you want to grab some grub here. Second, no Coach, Vera Bradley, Michael Kors, you name it and I didn't see any that were coming soon either. I think this is the first time that I've ever been to an outlet mall and there wasn't a single purse store in it. That is usually the first place I go to when I go shopping. Finally, be prepared to drive around in the parking lot for a while to get a parking spot too. There was a lot of parking and not a space to park in for like 10 minutes. I didn't even attempt to go where the valet was, so I don't know if it's worth the money to do so. There's a BJ's Brewhouse and a Red Robin opening up soon around there as well. I disagree with the negative reviews on Palm Beach Outlets - give it time to grow people - we just came out of a recession..yes there are a lot of shoe stores, sports stores, but plenty of stores opening each month..now they have Express, Tjmaxx and Bed bath beyond..in time this will be a great shopping location. I found plenty of shaded areas and there are lots of restaurants..don't know why people are being negative. It is nice to see the economy growing. Please go and check it out! read more

An ok outlet mall that is medium sized. Pros: its really clean. Cons: its just another outlet mall. They have your usual Nike, Sperrys, J Crew etc. Parking was not difficult to find. Come here if you have time to kill before going to the West Palm Beach AIrport, its only about 10 min away from the airport. read more
