The location is really difficult to find because there's no street numbers on the buildings. Finally after one of the staff told me where to go, it was a nightmare trying to figure out which underground to park as there's several entrances but none properly labeled and the Security attendant was not helpful. When I laid on the table, there was a smell in the room that caused me to cough. The so-called esthetician asked if I "brought" any water with me. Continuing to cough, I told her that I didn't bring any water and her response was, "oh, that's too bad." I couldn't stop coughing so I had to ask her for some water. No word of a lie, she came back 10 minutes later with a small glass full of water. Cough stopped after taking a few sips. Then the treatment started. Even though she had a mask on, her breath smelled so bad. The treatment lasted like 5-6 minutes tops. Hence, didn't notice any difference with my skin. The next day the spa manager emailed me to ask about my experience. I was honest in my response but never heard back - no apology, nothing. Not surprised.

They're always nice, friendly, and accommodating. However I always see signs that say nurses and doctors are always there but I never see them or interact with them in the clinic. The clinic is also consistently clean. The waiting area, the treatment rooms, and the equipment look hygienic. Also, for facial areas, aestheticians offer gauze pads to close your eyes with and that's a detail I appreciate. Something to improve on is the communication. I made an appointment and waited for a while only to find out that they changed a policy in that they needed me to bring a doctor's note for a certain medication. Not only did I already pay for the appointment so I can't cancel it if I didn't know about the note/restriction, but I also had to schedule another time to come to the clinic. Just a bit to improve on so others don't have to spend time to come in twice! It would be nice if customers were given a notice of the policies before they purchase the treatments, because they can't get a refund for it otherwise.
