Kristin never made me feel "less than" but every now and again we would have a good laugh over a giant root spot in the back I always seemed to miss coloring. Eventually I decided to let the expert take over my color and boy am I so glad I did! Kristin, due in part to her passionate desire to pursue the best product and education, has managed to achieve a color for me, that I have been dreaming of for years. My former salon and the box color just couldn't do it but Kristin sure did! I get stopped by strangers all the time in drive throughs, parking lot shout outs, by store clerks and customers. I just tell them my stylist is a genius. A few years back my husband and son started going to Kristin for their cuts as well. They are in and out quickly and their hair always looks perfect! I cannot believe she used so many wonderful skin care products, cutomized for my skin type, which is oily. My skin literally glowed, was supple yet firm, and pores minimized. She talked about her personal life the ENTIRE time. So much so that she forgot steps and repeated some on the same foot twice. The polish job was uneven, and spots were missed. I had to go to another salon for a polish change. I don't mind "salon gossip" but it was OVER bearing. I also felt like the tools she used were dirty, or used on other people before me. I took the time to look up the salon the next day and found out the nail tech isn't even licensed!!!! I'm not sure what's going on there, but save the time and money and go elsewhere.
