He then went over the key points with us and provided a detailed 95 page report with pictures and description of each and every issue, as well as a separate short 7 page summary report. Tyler came to my home to assess a mold issue as a result of vents leaking water. This has been an ongoing process for the last few years, I have had various types of contractors come to assess (for the last 3 years!) where-the leak was coming from and I was left never really knowing or given an extremely high estimate to "redo" something that in the end didn't need to be "redone".
