Matthew came out promptly, assessed the shower, toilet area and surrounding space thoroughly and found no active moisture. Rather than recommending unnecessary work, he was completely honest about what he saw and didn't see. If you're looking for a plumber who tells you the truth even when it's not the easy answer -- Matthew is your guy. Rare find. Highly recommend! One tip -- Matthew is a one-man operation so give him a day or two to respond to calls. He's worth the wait!

So I chose a company that actually earned its reputation! Matthew checked all the boxes! His prices are reasonable, and he's a down-to-earth guy to work with! Yes, I've seen the other reviews where the only complaint is his response time but honestly patience is a virtue! You have to keep in mind that this is a small company and when customers are calling him for an estimate, he's most likely under the sink working . It's not always so easy to be a receptionist and a plumber at the same time! He's a small family owned businesses and definitely takes pride in his work and it shows! We definitely will be working with him again down the road and will pass on his name to others in need! Thanks, Matthew. It was a pleasure working with you.

I received a phone call right away and was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday between 2 and 4 pm. I then received an email confirmation that included the name and photo of the person that would be coming out to my home. Antonio was assigned to help us and arrived right on time. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix my water heater in no time at all. If I ever need any plumbing help in the future, I'll be sure to contact Payless Water Heaters and request Antonio.

The installer was unavailable to evaluate it today so I put it out for the Yelp Pros which is how I got in touch with Payless. Michael int the office reached out to me promptly. Gave me the service fee up front and said they could have a tech present between 10-12 today. Joseph was at my house at exactly 11:00am and went right to work. With the help of a factory tech at Navien, Joseph was able to quickly diagnose and correct the problem associated with that code and didn't require an new parts to make that happen. As I am not a professional, I would have taken Joseph's direction if he had wanted to up-sell me, but he did NOT exploit that opportunity. His honesty, competence and desire to invest in repeat business overrode the pure profit motive and that will serve both he and his company very well. I would not hesitate to contact them again should I need any further service in the future. It's rare to find such honesty in the trades these days.

Had them (Josh?)come out and do a check on my tankless water heater that was not giving hot water…read more He gave me a run down of needing a number of parts, and gave me a ridiculous estimate. I get that you have to charge for your time, and that can variy, BUT, when you are being scammed for parts that have zero issues or relation to the unit, and its not even preventative...NO WAY.. Even in the conversation you can tell how scamy this place is...evading questions. Straight up greed infested business. I am CERTAIN you will be pleased or in major fear of not having water and open your wallet to such businesses, and they will smile and make your emotions calm and you will be at ease...but that is all you paid for. These are parasites. Then he claimed the part isn't available, and he pushed to swap out the unit. A little web search and the parts magically were available (Not even needed!). Crazy part was that the issue was simple enough that I fixed it myself with a couple O-rings. Oh, he also damaged a valve getting it out(luckily not bad enough to replace (what a tool). These guys will damage things on the idea of "emergency" and you will need more parts. They come and seam professional, and they explain things vaguely in case you know what they are talking about....It really bothers me that we have such parasites! They should just run for office. These techs should stop working for such companies. They learn horrible ways to cheap and lie. Have human blood run through you, and do work independently, you can market yourself, you need that, on social, etc. The reason they can pay you 40-75$ an hour is because they are cheating people. Do honest work, do preventative measure options to see if client is in position to pay for it, and build from there. Not scum pond businesses. This was my experience and my take away from a variety of service providers. They West Coast Water Heaters falls into this category. I am sure they will claim he is fired, so we are better now.... the training camp says.

He stated he would service and descale the water heater, but didn't do his job. This guy is a fraud, and I would stay far far away from this guy. Update - See the original quote where he stated he would do a full service. Again, highly unethical scammer. Also, if you check even with Rinnai, error code 12 has NOTHING to do with hard water. It is an ignition problem. This guy has no idea what he is doing. An embarrassment to the industry.

Wednesday night we discovered wet carpet due to a suspected water leak in our slab. Thursday…read moremorning we started making calls. Our regular plumber was not available to do a leak test until Friday afternoon and couldn't schedule a repair until the following Monday. I scanned Google and found Art & Team, called and was able to get a leak test within a couple of hours. Test confirmed a slab leak and the repair was scheduled for the next morning. Art's team arrived and, after breaking the slab and a lot of detective work, a second leak was found far under our kitchen tile so the decision was made to re-pipe the affected area. Saturday morning it was all hands on deck. The owner Akmal (Art) and his team worked throughout the day. Everything was covered in plastic and room areas were isolated. Care was taken to make as few drywall cuts as possible and those cuts were clean. By Saturday evening, the repair and re-pipe was complete. The slab cut was refilled cleanly with concrete patch. Clean-up was thorough. Price wise, Art's quote for the test and initial repair was much less than the low end of the range our regular plumber quoted. The additional re-pipe added expense but overall the final price was very fair. We highly recommend Art & Team for any major or minor plumbing work you may need. They are responsive, experienced, and very reasonably priced. We now have a new regular plumber.

We frequently dealt with leaks from the apartment above, as we share the same plumbing infrastructure. I searched online for a reliable plumbing service with good reviews, found Art & Team Plumbing Service, and made the right choice. He also pointed out a few other issues that I'll likely have them fix as well. They offer a very flexible schedule and great prices. From now on, I'll turn only to them whenever the need arises, and I would certainly recommend this company to you.
