I have blonde hair and went in to get highlights and also add a few lowlights for dimension. She didn't do any highlights and when I sat in front of the mirror after washing my hair was brown with blonde blotches. After being there for 4hours they tried to fix it by stripping my hair and adding literally 6 highlights on top. My hair is still brown with an orange tint. I cannot emphasize how terrible my experience was and how they tried to downplay it. They offered to "fix" it if I wanted to go back in (for hours) but you can see from the pictures what a "fix" looks like. I've never posted a negative review on here until today. I cannot emphasize how terrible the overall experience was and still told that I had to pay.

The room is provided with a chair, towels, water, cups and even a shower. The spa and rooms always smell so good. The aestheticians are always really nice and have the sauna turned up by the time I arrive for my appt. They accept zelle as a form of payment which makes checking in quicker and not having to wait to pay when leaving. They offer lots of other services as well.
