I purchased two items at full price in November. They have a strict 30 day exchange policy. They run out of stuff fast so i asked if i could return items in December and repurchase so that it could be exchanged if needed since it was a Christmas gift. I was told i could. Went back in December and now the item is on sale so i could now get it at the sale price but all sales final. Opted for a gift card which is fine (full price i paid). Since it was a gift, i asked if i could increase it, so it is an even number since it is a gift. The system would not allow them to put it on one gift card. So now im giving two gift cards for a gift to total an even number. Again staff was excellent but owners need to do something about exchange policy especially during Christmas. Even if the recipient were to get less than i paid, i would have been fine with it, but at least they could get what they want and the store would probably make more money. Truly love supporting local and will still shop since product is good and staff are amazing but exchange policy could be much better.

I ended up buying a burgundy colored shirt that says Local Motion on it in small letters. I remember my husband used to buy me stickers from the store. I love this brand. They sell a lot of cute clothing especially some Hello kitty stuff like the skateboard I posted. So cool. So worth the splurge and definitely check out their sale items. Customer service here was nice. The lady behind the counter explained that there are no returns on sales items because it's final clearance. Store was clean inside and everything was organized. Very nice. I would definitely come back again to check out more stuff.

Located on the upper level, next to T&C Surf Designs, Local Motion has the nicest employees and a great selection of name brands like: Hurley Billabong O'Neil Quiksilver There are a lot of t-shirts, shorts, flip flops, tote bags, towels, surf accessories, etc. to choose from! I had purchased some shirts last year and the size wasn't right. The normal exchange policy is within 90 days. However, they let me get a different size and I gladly paid the difference! Thanks for being so understanding and pleasant! That's why I enjoy the environment here! The helpful staff and quality products are spot on!

He has amassed an impressive collection lot legit vintage jackets (some from France, old military pieces and cool Levi's) and sweatshirts in cool colors with the perfect amount of fade and they are soft and comfy. And one of the coolest things (and I've never seen this before) they will professionally sew one of their vintage patches to their cool jackets or even embroider them, making each piece so personal and one of a kind. Those were the most memorable places because they had AKSHON! Cosmic candies was another memorable spot! I think when they closed down, that's when the mall changed! Afterwards, kids grew up, adults got angrier, teens dispersed and Kaneohe no longer was FAMILY! It opened up to a new generation. Yet, they still have this mall. Constant changes, new businesses every 3-5 years. None that sticks around. Only a handful didn't leave. Let's hope this place can become a family place again.

He also lied to me saying that he could not set an appt. because he had a wedding of 16 groomsmen coming in. Found out from the Kapiolani location that there was no wedding party coming in and they had no idea what he was talking about. FIRED!
