While some items in the store can feel a little on the higher side, I think it's worth it for the selection, convenience, and the peace of mind of knowing they've got what I need most of the time. The store itself is packed with a huge variety of items--not only for horses, livestock, and pets, but also some fun things for humans too. They also carry new and used saddles (mostly western, with some English), and if your horse ever needs something for health or injuries, chances are you'll find it here. Holy Cow really is a one-stop shop, and it's quickly become my go-to place for everything horse-related.

CAL Ranch feels like all three stores rolled into one amazing place. It almost seems like the McDonald's ice cream machine excuse. today I went at 5:25 and one of the lot attendants came up and said machine wasn't working after telling me that somebody would be there to help me. They were all busy working out there on the lot doing something so I kind of got the feeling that because they weee busy and it was close to the time they shut down propane at 6 PM that they just went ahead and told me it didn't work so they wouldn't have to hassle with it.
