Moto Club Los Angeles is hands down THE dealership to go to! From the moment I walked in, the staff made the entire buying experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. They are fully transparent, extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers--not just making a sale. I recently purchased a 2023 Aprilia RS 660 Extrema, and I couldn't be happier with both the bike and the way the whole process was handled. On top of that, the price was extremely reasonable--especially compared to other dealerships--which made the experience even better. Every question I had was answered with honesty, and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and excited about my purchase. If you're looking for a dealership that truly puts the rider first, Moto Club LA is the place. Highly recommend! Shout out to Eric and Jeremy they really hooked me up with the best deal possible!

Highway robbery

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE & SERVICE- DO NOT GO This dealership quoted me one price. Once my bike got in they started recommending services that my bike didn't even need. They charge me for things I didn't even authorize. The customer service was terrible. I left my helmet attached to the bike they gave me my bike back WITH NO HELMET (1400 SHOEI HELMET) I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO GET MY HELMET BACK. The owner Jeremy was no help at all. He actually kicked me out the shop. Saying he didn't like my tone. Denying that they had my helmet. Entire time the did!! They sent me three different invoices none of the numbers matched, showing that they fabricate the numbers. I was clearly overcharged. Lastly, our order parts I was charged for parts & Labor, and they never sent the parts. Out of all of this, they never made any attempt to accommodate me, this was my first time ever going to this dealership, and this is how they treat first time customers SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND SEARCH FOR A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP. I would have never expected this from an Aprilia/Ducati dealer.

He abruptly left me at the counter without giving me instructions on what to do next. The second employee who helped me was a younger guy, he was super helpful I can't remember his name I apologize, but he was UNI alumni. Anyways he was super helpful and gave me pointers on taking my battery out, if it wasn't for him - I would've had a terrible day. Thanks again brotha!

When I arrived I asked if they could test my battery and they (Manny & Dolby) told me no sorry. With a super long pause I was like what do you mean no? They sed that both battery testers were dead and needed to charge it would be about an hour. I told him my car won't start I had to jump it to get here, and then he suggested I go to the next store closest to get it checked. That would have been nice but again I stated my car won't start. So I figured I'd just get another battery, he sed ok and I asked if someone could help me put it in. Again he was like sorry no... long pause and just stared at me I was like no one can help me ?? He sed I have a back injury, (which ok I get it you don't wanna make it worse) but Dolby whose standing right next to him staring at her phone trying to ignore me. I asked again so no one here can help me?! Manny turned to look at her and she still stood there staring at her phone could care less that I was asking. I was about to walk out and she finally was like let's go look at your car. She brought the wrong tools and then began saying the bolts were rusted and would need to be cut. I'm sorry but I got the nuts off earlier befor I arrived so they were already loose and maybe if you brought the right tools with you- I'm just appalled at the SHITTY service here attitude and communication! I usually have very pleasant experiences here but today was not the day. If you don't want to help customers get out of customer service!

I met Tyler over at Hollywood Electrics when he was working on my new (back then) 2018 Zero DSR…read more That bike has about 60k miles on it now...and that's a credit to him! He's taken care of all of the preventative maintenance and all of my off script requests. Not only on my Zero...but also on my Indian... He's got top notch skill and cares about the details. AND he takes the time to talk and explain what and why...never seems rushed. So chill... I would trust him with ANY issue on ANY bike. I would 100% recommend Tyler at Motowerkz to anyone!

I've known Tyler from Hollywood Electrics days and followed him to two other locations to work on…read moremy bike. In the last couple of months, the battery cells on my Zero motorcycle became too unbalanced and Tyler said he had a healthy (used) battery he was looking to sell. The front wheel of my Zero had also been making noises, so I refrained from riding it for several months while I proactively saved pennies on the dollar to afford to replace the battery and fix the front wheel. I do not own any other vehicle except this motorcycle. I finally took it in to Tyler and explicitly told him to look at the front wheel. He said it was "probably just age". I paid $400 up front so he could buy a part to retrofit the used battery to my bike model and an additional $2300 for the battery & labor. While picking up the bike, he made no mention of the front wheel. Exactly two weeks later with minimal rides, the front wheel gave out while on the freeway. Turns out the bearings needed to be replaced and had Tyler looked closely at the front wheel instead of just a standard test ride (which would have been done regardless), the problem would have been resolved before it got worse. In fact, he tried to justify his expertise by stating that I had only requested a bearings replacement on the rear wheel several months before. The front wheel got severely damaged from worn out bearings and front wheels are not available except on the used market. Luckily I did not get hurt. I'm out $2700 and my bike is effectively only good for parts or the scrapyard. While Tyler had allowed my bike to stay at his shop awaiting a potential replacement wheel, he would have charged $200 to transport it back to me, in addition to the $160 I paid AAA to tow it to him, so I'd be out an additional $360, over $3000 total. I trusted Tyler's expertise and now I have no motorcycle. He's been reliable in the past but this negligence & lack of properly diagnosing the issue was not only disappointing but he has shown zero accountability and would not recommend him or Motor Werks.
