Moto Club Los Angeles is hands down THE dealership to go to! From the moment I walked in, the staff made the entire buying experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. They are fully transparent, extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers--not just making a sale. I recently purchased a 2023 Aprilia RS 660 Extrema, and I couldn't be happier with both the bike and the way the whole process was handled. On top of that, the price was extremely reasonable--especially compared to other dealerships--which made the experience even better. Every question I had was answered with honesty, and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and excited about my purchase. If you're looking for a dealership that truly puts the rider first, Moto Club LA is the place. Highly recommend! Shout out to Eric and Jeremy they really hooked me up with the best deal possible!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE & SERVICE- DO NOT GO This dealership quoted me one price. Once my bike got in they started recommending services that my bike didn't even need. They charge me for things I didn't even authorize. The customer service was terrible. I left my helmet attached to the bike they gave me my bike back WITH NO HELMET (1400 SHOEI HELMET) I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO GET MY HELMET BACK. The owner Jeremy was no help at all. He actually kicked me out the shop. Saying he didn't like my tone. Denying that they had my helmet. Entire time the did!! They sent me three different invoices none of the numbers matched, showing that they fabricate the numbers. I was clearly overcharged. Lastly, our order parts I was charged for parts & Labor, and they never sent the parts. Out of all of this, they never made any attempt to accommodate me, this was my first time ever going to this dealership, and this is how they treat first time customers SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND SEARCH FOR A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP. I would have never expected this from an Aprilia/Ducati dealer.

When I arrived I asked if they could test my battery and they (Manny & Dolby) told me no sorry. With a super long pause I was like what do you mean no? They sed that both battery testers were dead and needed to charge it would be about an hour. I told him my car won't start I had to jump it to get here, and then he suggested I go to the next store closest to get it checked. That would have been nice but again I stated my car won't start. So I figured I'd just get another battery, he sed ok and I asked if someone could help me put it in. Again he was like sorry no... long pause and just stared at me I was like no one can help me ?? He sed I have a back injury, (which ok I get it you don't wanna make it worse) but Dolby whose standing right next to him staring at her phone trying to ignore me. I asked again so no one here can help me?! Manny turned to look at her and she still stood there staring at her phone could care less that I was asking. I was about to walk out and she finally was like let's go look at your car. She brought the wrong tools and then began saying the bolts were rusted and would need to be cut. I'm sorry but I got the nuts off earlier befor I arrived so they were already loose and maybe if you brought the right tools with you- I'm just appalled at the SHITTY service here attitude and communication! I usually have very pleasant experiences here but today was not the day. If you don't want to help customers get out of customer service!

Outstanding Service and Expertise!…read more I can't say enough great things about Moto Werkz and Tyler! As someone new to the motorcycle world, I was nervous about needing repairs on my Z650--but Tyler made the whole experience smooth, easy, and educational. He's incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense to me--not just seasoned riders. Tyler ordered all the necessary parts, kept me updated throughout the process, and even gave me honest advice about future maintenance, like when to consider new tires or my next oil change. He's upfront about any potential risks or wear, and his communication is excellent--always responsive and clear. I dropped my bike off on a Saturday and had it back by Tuesday, fully repaired, cleaned, and detailed. His attention to detail and customer service are top-notch. I never once felt talked down to for not knowing something--Tyler genuinely wants riders to understand and feel confident about their bikes. Thank you for your kindness and knowledge and solution oriented mindset. These two deliver on professionalism!

Pep Boys, Cheviot Hills engages dishonorable, untrustworthy, and dishonest business practices. Read…read moremy testimony below: Ed Little Auto (a competitor to Pep Boys) recently performed routine maintenance service on my automobile, at a quoted maintenance cost cheaper than Pep Boys, and, during an inspection, they concluded that my front and rear tires did not need replacing. Today, however, I was advised, by a different auto mechanic (i.e., Pep Boys) to replace the front tires of my FWD automobile, but not the rear tires of my automobile. Pep Boys declared my front tires as being "completely worn," indicating that immediate replacement would be necessary. After inspecting my car's tires and even getting a 3rd opinion on the matter of whether (or not) my front tires needed replacement, it became apparent that my front tires still had significant useful life left in them, which validates Ed Little Auto's assessment. Therefore, besides doing quality service work at great value to the customer, with competitive pricing, it should be clearly stated that Ed Little Auto engages in honorable, trustworthy business practices, as they insisted that I didn't yet need to pay for the replacement of my car's front tires, unlike Pep Boys: who tried to exploit me for more money for a service that my car did not need. A similar Ed Little Auto positive testimony applies to brake replacement: when Pep Boys previously told me that my car's brakes were "completely worn & needed replacing," Ed Little countered, saying that my brakes still had 45-60% of a useful life on them at that time in the past. Ed Little Auto's statement turned out to be true. Given the above, I would never advise getting any auto mechanic work done at any Pep Boys, ever. Both in my front tires situation and my front brakes situation, Ed Little Auto was correct in its omission of declaring front tires replacement (and omitting brakes replacement) in being necessary during communications to me, which saved me a lot of money. Had I taken the recommendations of Pep Boys, in both instances, I would have wasted money on services I didn't need.
