Nice amount of soup inside. One of our favourites was the fried tofu. It came out freshly fried and crispy. The sauce was sweet and sour (vinegar) with chillies. The sauce at the bottom made it for us! We really liked the chewy texture of the noodles in the Dan Dan noodles. It wasn't too spiced so the kids were able to enjoy it as well. We came here to celebrate a family occasion, and Liuyishou delivered with its good selection of broths, meats, seafood, and veggies.
