Turns out I had a faulty rear cam phase wire. Unfortunately, I am out of warranty with only 3100 miles on my bike. Maverick service team stepped up, got it fixed and sorted it out with Harley Corporate. She gave recommendations (popular sellers, styles for upcoming TX heat, etc) & helped me find a close size to get me started trying on. I had to find a short size (since I'm short, so less options for me), but they fit GREAT. Since my boots happened to be on sale, I splurged for some gloves too since one's I purchased online weren't a great fit. (pros of shopping in store). I did not get her name, but she was a nice slightly elderly lady (no disrespect just older than me). If she helps all customers like this, you will definitely be glad you stopped in. Prices are not "cheap", but they are brands I have heard of & been recommended before, so in my opinion you know what your getting, not hoping for the best from just any online store.

It was a very easy experience and Sam was very knowledgeable and helpful with a no pressure attitude. Anyways, fast forward 2 weeks from purchase and I finally take it out. It was a blast up until 3 hours in the wheel literally broke off and left us stranded. It was more than difficult to get loaded up and brought back home. I didn't buy the extended warranty because this thing was totally decked out with aftermarket parts that wouldn't be covered and it looked literally brand new. I was ticked to say the least that I was already in the hole from buying it and now it was going to cost much more to fix it. I live in Austin and was dreading taking it back 3 1/2 hours to pay for something that shouldn't have broken anyways. Freedom Powersports called me today to let me know the parts were ordered and there would be no charge to get it fixed up!!!! I couldn't believe it. They are a stand up operation that didn't have to do anything to help me out but instead covered everything without me ever asking them to. Thanks again! I'll be making the drive to buy from now on!

I chose RideNow specifically because the installation was supposed to be included. After purchasing, I was told they couldn't do the install for two weeks. Then I was told they couldn't even work on my moped because they don't have the capability to service it. That information should have been communicated before selling me the tire and making me wait weeks for an install appointment. Now I'm left paying significantly more than I would have online, wasted two weeks, and still don't have the tire installed. Very frustrating and disappointing overall.
