I've been to this place a few times and each time owner, Carmon, was not exactly customer friendly. He's been crass, patronizing but at the same time honest and straightforward. I appreciate no nonsense attitude but not when you say to your customers "I was mean to you on the phone because what you were saying didn't make any fucking sense" is not exactly the way to run a business. Yes they did seem to have fixed the issue after topping off the brake fluid and Carmon even explained why pedal being soft had nothing to do with brake pads and rotors. However, there was no need to explicitly communicate that "you don't know shit about cars". Yes, don't know much about cars and I am absolutely sure none of them know single iota about what I do but I would not be patronizing towards anyone. I understand that working in the heat of sun may not leave you in a friendly state of mind but at the same time you chose this profession; you signed up to work in the sun. I know these people are hard-working and dedicated but providing a good customer service is also part of a good business.

Saturday's pressure- he takes it out on his customers and tricks them into paying more . Mischievous!!!

Overall, Mr Owner told me to purchase a brand new power steering; labor 350.... He lifted my car; the power steering was one once side, the leak was on the other side of the car. Took the car two different another mechanics and they both informed me that the power steering was fine. It was the rack and pinion( sorry wrong spelling)... So of course, we have all came across these mechanics that tell you one thing to fix and "something else comes up" which cost more $$$... Thank goodness Carmen was NASTY to me. It would have cost me almost $1,000 to fix something that cost a third. I attached Carmens Rude reply so that people Especially women do not fall into his mechanic charm while he scams you and depletes your $account $$

Oil EVERYWHERE on my jeep after service. "So sue me." was the owner's response.

"So sue me. Write a bad review. I'm going through problems and I can't deal with this right now." That was the owner Carmon's response to my follow up on their service of my car. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for AC and electrical repair. I was quoted a price of $350 (after specifically clarifying that included labor cost). Carmon called back the next day (before work was done) to update the estimate to $550 (his employee Katie hadn't included labor costs). That seemed fair and reasonable so I went with their service. Before i left the shop with my car, I noticed that my 4wd was engaged, but he has already left the premises so I couldn't ask him about it. (Car was estimated to be done at noon and I got a call it was ready at 5:47 - they close at 6). I went back the next morning and asked Carmon to take a look at the 4wd and oil poured all over my car.... See above response (and new pics of the condition of my car)

Carmon did a great jump repairing my rear bumper. It only took a day and the price was very fair!

I have been an Xpress Automotive customer for years. Carmon has always treated me with respect and explained the situation with me when I've had questions. I have an older truck, but whenever I have an issue, I give Carmon a call and see if they can schedule me in. He always does his best to get the truck in and out to meet my schedule. I've had a tune-up there, water pump replaced and he's looked at my transmission. Probably a few other things I can't think of at the moment. I just tell him, "Whatever it takes to keep my truck running." His passion for cars is evident and he always comes through, usually less expensive than other shops. I live near Addison and would drive down to the old Central Expressway shop, but the move to Far North Dallas is now closer for me. Those that have left negative reviews, I hope you found a good mechanic... because I have. I always reward honesty and decency with loyalty.

Our Toyota Corolla's engine light came on and then the car stopped turning on at all. We were worried that it would be a huge issue and weren't able to take it to the dealership. Scheduling was super easy and quick. DFW Mobile Repair came to our home promptly at their scheduled time, and they did a great job communicating with us before, during, and after the service. It turns out it was a corroded battery. The price for the diagnostic and the service he completed was a fair price and I felt we were in good hands with honest mechanics. The technician even suggested we take the battery to autozone since it should still be under warranty and that is just what we did (they replaced it free of charge). Our car is back in business and we won't hesitate to use them again if the need should arise.

The guys here are great and I feel like they consistently go above and beyond for me. 1st experience: Replaced my taillight bulb for free 2nd experience: I honestly don't recall what needed to be fixed but it was minor..by the time I was done grabbing some pizza across the street and taking a lap they were done. I mentioned someone had broke a panel off my window the night prior at my friends complex but I still had the piece and they fixed it for me for free 3rd experience: As someone who's not from here/had never been on public transit, after dropping off my car (for a multi-day job), I asked Edgar (I believe was his name) for instructions on how to catch the dart and he insisted he request me an Uber instead! Hello?! That is incredible and I seriously appreciated it so much especially being a woman new to Texas and it being later in the evening. They fixed my oil leak and I hadn't had any issues with the work they did. He also worked with me on the quote. Bringing us to now, they currently have my car and are working on the biggest project for my car to date..a new engine lol and I know immediately after hearing the diagnosis I was like ok well I guess I'll just get a new car (assuming that'd be the more practical option since I only bought the car for 4.5k and a new engine could be a lofty expense) however, what they quoted me is actually extremely reasonable and so again, they continue to do good work and remain steadfast in customer service. I don't even live in Carrollton but I will make the trip or pay the towing fee to come here because I trust them. I feel safe as a customer and as a woman.

0 Integrity from this shop: I had a disappointing experience with Tyler, the salesman at this shop…read more I visited a year ago because my brakes were making noise. They recommended that I replace the front brake pads, which I did, but the noise persisted. I was advised to give it some time for the new brake pads to settle in. Last week, I returned for another inspection of the brakes due to the ongoing noise. This time, they suggested changing the rear brake pads and rotors. After that, the noise actually got worse, so I made a quick turnaround and brought the car back. They suggested that the front brake rotors might need replacement. While they recommended service based on mileage, they failed to point out any other issues with the braking system. When I took my car to another shop for an oil change, I mentioned the brake noise. The mechanics there immediately noticed that hardware was missing from the front brake pads and installed new hardware (previously installed by Integrity 1st). I called Integrity that same day, but they were closed for the weekend. I went out of town from Monday to Thursday and returned on Friday. Integrity 1st inspected my vehicle and found that the rear rotor needed replacement (the one they just replaced a week ago), as well as new brake pads and rotors for the front. Additionally, they discovered that my emergency brake was damaging the hardware, which also needed to be replaced. They guaranteed that if I paid them another $1,200, they would resolve all these issues. I explained that the car hadn't been driven enough to cause this damage and questioned why these problems weren't noticed the week before. Tyler offered the excuse that such damage could occur in just a day. After this experience, I have decided not to return to Integrity and will be taking my vehicles to another location. I would recommend thinking twice before choosing this shop, as it ultimately reflects poorly on all mechanics and their partner shops.
