    I've been to this place a few times and each time owner, Carmon, was not exactly customer friendly. He's been crass, patronizing but at the same time honest and straightforward. I appreciate no nonsense attitude but not when you say to your customers "I was mean to you on the phone because what you were saying didn't make any fucking sense" is not exactly the way to run a business. Yes they did seem to have fixed the issue after topping off the brake fluid and Carmon even explained why pedal being soft had nothing to do with brake pads and rotors. However, there was no need to explicitly communicate that "you don't know shit about cars". Yes, don't know much about cars and I am absolutely sure none of them know single iota about what I do but I would not be patronizing towards anyone. I understand that working in the heat of sun may not leave you in a friendly state of mind but at the same time you chose this profession; you signed up to work in the sun. I know these people are hard-working and dedicated but providing a good customer service is also part of a good business.

    Saturday's pressure- he takes it out on his customers and tricks them  into paying more . Mischievous!!!

    Overall, Mr Owner told me to purchase a brand new power steering; labor 350.... He lifted my car; the power steering was one once side, the leak was on the other side of the car. Took the car two different another mechanics and they both informed me that the power steering was fine. It was the rack and pinion( sorry wrong spelling)... So of course, we have all came across these mechanics that tell you one thing to fix and "something else comes up" which cost more $$$... Thank goodness Carmen was NASTY to me. It would have cost me almost $1,000 to fix something that cost a third. I attached Carmens Rude reply so that people Especially women do not fall into his mechanic charm while he scams you and depletes your $account $$

    "So sue me. Write a bad review. I'm going through problems and I can't deal with this right now." That was the owner Carmon's response to my follow up on their service of my car. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for AC and electrical repair. I was quoted a price of $350 (after specifically clarifying that included labor cost). Carmon called back the next day (before work was done) to update the estimate to $550 (his employee Katie hadn't included labor costs). That seemed fair and reasonable so I went with their service. Before i left the shop with my car, I noticed that my 4wd was engaged, but he has already left the premises so I couldn't ask him about it. (Car was estimated to be done at noon and I got a call it was ready at 5:47 - they close at 6). I went back the next morning and asked Carmon to take a look at the 4wd and oil poured all over my car.... See above response (and new pics of the condition of my car)

    Carmon did a great jump repairing my rear bumper. It only took a day and the price was very fair!

    I have been an Xpress Automotive customer for years. Carmon has always treated me with respect and explained the situation with me when I've had questions. I have an older truck, but whenever I have an issue, I give Carmon a call and see if they can schedule me in. He always does his best to get the truck in and out to meet my schedule. I've had a tune-up there, water pump replaced and he's looked at my transmission. Probably a few other things I can't think of at the moment. I just tell him, "Whatever it takes to keep my truck running." His passion for cars is evident and he always comes through, usually less expensive than other shops. I live near Addison and would drive down to the old Central Expressway shop, but the move to Far North Dallas is now closer for me. Those that have left negative reviews, I hope you found a good mechanic... because I have. I always reward honesty and decency with loyalty.

I reached out to Wheel Repair Solutions because my front tire hit a huge pothole on the freeway causing my Lexus rim to be bent. Christian was the senior technician that spoke to me about my factory rim and the damage from the pothole. He fixed the rim and it was better than new. It looked beautiful and perfect. When I took the rim to get the tire mounted I discovered small pin hole air bubbles coming from the rim during the water test. I took the Lexus rim back and Christian worked on it again. After the welding we discovered that the entire wheel was completely compromised from the high speed impact from the road hazard. Christian wanted to continue to work on the rim, but at this point I said safety would be to just give up on the rims integrity. The team at Wheel Repair Solutions kindly refunded my money. After all the worked they did I was happy with their efforts. This gesture was above and beyond. I was so grateful. Thank you so very much. The curb rash (some of it severe) on my wheels disappeared, and now they look better than new, thanks to the UV-resistant clearcoat he applied to protect them from our hot Texas sun.     Absolutely terrible experience!…read more After continuing to experience low air pressure on my front left tire, I had taken my vehicle to Discount Tire on March 17th and was told the rim was bent on the inside. Discount Tire removed my two front rims and installed my factory rims because I wanted the two front rims to match each other while that chrome rim were being repaired. On March 18th, 2026 my friend took my rim to LoneStar Wheel Repair and the repairs were completed, we paid $154.50 and picked up the rim up on March 20th. On March 20th 2026, Discount Tire removed the factory rims, replaced the chrome rims, put the repaired rims on the opposite side. On March 21st 2026 when I got in my car the air was back down to 19, so I called LoneStar Wheel Repair, but they close at noon on Saturdays. So, I went back to Discount Tire they checked the tires/rim and it was determined it wad still bent and needed to be repaired again. On Monday, March 23rd, 2026, I called LoneStar Wheel Repair and was told to bring it in. This time I drove over and when I got out of the car, the Owner, immediately guaranteed me that it was a different rim. Even before she liked at it. The, owner insisted they "mark" all repaired rims but refused to let me see these so called markings. Instead of even trying to understand what happened, she accused me of damaging another rim within less than 24 hours and blamed "the way I drive." Completely unprofessional! They refused to take responsibility and charged me another $154.50 to fix what was clearly the same rim. No accountability, no customer service, and very disrespectful treatment. I would not trust this business especially if you drive a nice vehicle and expect careful honest service. This experience made me feel dismissed, disrespected, and taken advantage of, please stay away
