Absolutely love the ambiance in this place. The lighting is beautiful. It would be a gorgeous place for a party. It has a rustic vibe slash city feel. It's not like anything I've been to before. My fiance and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The menu is a cross between elevated bar bites and creative culinary dishes. There is something for every palate. They have a parking garage at Station Yard that is free for the first 3 hours and they charge a fee for anything after that. Not sure what the fee is, I wasn't there for longer than 3 hours. We started with the mussels in garlic wine sauce and they were comparable with expensive seafood restaurants we frequent around the island for half the price. Not bad. Highly recommend this to anyone that likes seafood. They have many beers on tap and a wide variety of fun drinks to try. I'm strictly a wine drinker and my drinks were as expected. My fiance really liked his craft beers. He had the sand city north port and 5 boroughs which he said was even better! He ordered a basic burger and I had an amazing wrap with these delicious Cajun wedges. Everything was cooked to perfection. The waitress and everyone helping her out was super sweet and very quick and thorough. We will definitely come back here and we are sure to recommend this establishment to anyone that asks. Sooooo great! My husband and I stopped by and I ordered the garlic mussels and Brussels sprouts. My husband hard the Burria sliders. Everything was soooo good. The mussels were the best I've had. I also had a beer flight which was great. The donuts for dessert wish it had a dipping sauce. Other than that no complaints. We are going again tonight. read more

First time there Saturday night. Sat at the bar for some great drinks, the bartender was helpful with suggestions. Only waited about 20 minutes for our table, but that's when things went south. It should not take ONE HOUR and 15 MINUTES for chicken milanese sliders, a cheeseburger and a side of Mac and cheese!!!!! The waiter came over only once, to say the kitchen was backed up. Our first time at the Tap Room Ronkonkoma and what a cool place. Love the high ceilings and warm barn-like, woodsy vibe ! We had Matt as our server, who was very attentive and friendly, and his recommendations were spot on. Get the dry rub wings during Thursday wing night special...with mandarin orange chili sauce on the side. Best tasting cheeseburger slider I've had in a long time. Went to the new Taproom in Ronkonkoma today. The staff immediately greeted us upon entering. We sat at the bar. The staff was very friendly and we were helped right away. The food was delicious. The new space is large and you have plenty of space to move. We will definitely be back. read more

Welcomed with a smile and a bustling atmosphere, there was live acoustic music playing as we were led to our table. The server (Matt) was quick to greet us with a smile and drink recommendations. The wife loved her Livin' La Vida Mocha chocolate margherita! For this visit, we had the Orange Chili wings to start and really enjoyed the combination of tangy flavors. For a late dinner, we decided to keep it light and both had salads. My wife had the Strawberry Fields (she absolutely loved it) and I the Crispy Chicken sala - which was more filling than i expected and delicious. Matt recommended the Rasberry Oreo Cheesecake for dessert - which was delightful! I have to praise Matt for being a warm and friendly server who was very attentive and made sure our time there was excellent. He also turned us on to the Tap Room rewards program ($5.00 off) too!
